Harry's P.O.V.

I was laughing as I chased Fleur, trying to tag her, when my lightning started hurting badly. "Arghh!" I was kneeling on the ground, hands on my head, and eyes closed. He couldn't be near...could he?? No way...if Dumbledore couldn't track down Panem, then of course Voldemort couldn't. "Ahhh!" My scar felt like it was going to burts open!

"Harry?!" Cedric came over to me and crouched down. "Hey, are you ok?"

"Uhhh..yeah..my scar just started burning a bit...that's all." I said, trying to convince him and myself as well. He looked unsure but dropped it. We both walked back to Fleur and Krum. They both looked worried and curious. I gave them both a reassuring smile, which they accepted and returned.

It was the third day that we had been in the Hunger Games. Half of the tributes were dead. We finished half of our beef jerky and dried fruits. We still had the other half and two extra packets of dried fruits, but we decided that today we should start hunting animals and getting edible plants.

We went over to the lake and washed ourselves. We were probably the cleanest tributes in this arena...Haha...we managed to always take every dirt off and stay clean. We used the remaining water in our containers to wash our hands and refilled it with new fresh water from the other lake. This really was the perfect spot for us to stay at...No other place as good as this one. I was glad that I had these three with me so I'm not alone. It felt more safe and comforting.

Fleur and I went to search for some edible plants. Krum and Cedric went to hunt for animals. We couldn't possibly hurt such innocent creatures, so we let the two men do it. We were exploring when we pashed by a bush filled with berries. I examined it closely to make sure that they weren't poisonous. Sure enough, they were edible. Fleur had made ten baskets during the past two days. We were all grateful to see that she had learned how to weave leaves into bowls and baskets. She handed me one and I filled it up with the berries. We explored for another half hour until I found two more bushed next to each other with berries. I saw that they were blackberries and raspberries. I filled up two more baskets with them. We were walking back to our camp when Fleur stopped. She tiptoed next to a tree and got multiple leaves.

"Zey are good for wrapping ze meat to cook it well. I can also turn it into plates." I was so grateful to have her! I gave her a hug and she grinned. We went back to camp and walked over to the lake. We washed the berries and leaves. We turned to see that Cedric and Krum were coming towards us, huge grins on their faces. "What are you soo 'appy about?" Fleur asked, as if reading my mind.

"Well, we were in luck today. We caught 5 quails and 3 rabbits." Fleur and I joined in smiling at the thought of getting to eat real meat. "Vat did you guys get?" Krum asked, curiously eyeing the baskets we were holding.

"We happened to see three bushes with edible berries. We filled up the baskets to the top with these berries that I remembering seeing at the trainging center, it's not poisonous or anything, and got some blackberries and raspberries." Their grins grew even bigger. Today we would eat real meat and real fruits, other than apples and packets of dried up food.

Krum chopped some wood from nearby trees and Fleur got some clean rocks by the river. I got more washed leaves and folded them. Cedric placed the pieces of wood in a pile and I put the leaves on top of them. Next, Fleur placed the rocks in a circle on top on the leaves. Krum was cutting up the pieces of meat. Once he was finished, we placed it out evenly on top of the rocks. Cedric got out the lighter and set fire on the wood. We sat around, finally warm from the cold weather.

The leaves made the flames go larger, with burnt the rocks. The stones didn't go on fire. They became VERY hot and heated the meat. The pieces of meat started to sizzle as it cooked. This was my idea, which turned out well. Fleur had put 1/3 of each type of berry into a basket for us to each today, and the rest was to be saved for later on. They three were talking as they ate some berries and I was cooking the meat. I got a stick to flip them so they would cook evenly on both sides. Cedric would throw a berry in the air every once in a while and I would catch it in my mouth to entertain them. It was quite amusing to see their reactions as I never missed one, yet when Krum tried he stumbled down trying to back up.

Finally the meat was done cooking. We decided to only take 2 quails, 1 rabbit, and the basket full of 1/3 of each berry. Even though it seems little, it was like a feast to us. We haven't eaten this much in ages and all we had was packets of food. To brighten the mood, we decided that we would also split an apple into four pieces for us all.

We used leaves as plates and talked as we ate meat, berries, apple pieces, and drank water. We were comfy and toasty with the warmth of the fire. We each got 2 pieces of rabbit meat and half a quail along with berries and apples. It was soo delicious! Krum got the leftover skins of the dead animals and made a mini blanket for us. It was too small since we didn't have much, and so tomorrow we were all going to go hunting to get more meat and he can continue to expand the furry thick blanket.

I wrapped up the rest of the cooked meat, which were three quails and two rabbits, in the leaves and took thinner and smaller lines of the leaves to securely tie it shut. And so now, we had these meat, apples, 3 baskets of different berries, and 2 packets of dried fruits as extra food for emergencies and for the future events. We were stocking up in case the Gamemakers are crazy enough to make us go through winter. Wouldn't be a surprise, considering all of these weird weathers they are giving us.

Next Day......

We all had a good night's sleep. Cedric and I slept first and woke up in the middle of the night to switch. We were all well rested and washed off. We all agreed that we would stay as a group when we hunt and not split up.

"Hey guys, watch this." I was going to show them a trick that I had learnes and mastered during trainings. I picked up a rock and threw it to the left side above the trees. "Oww!" Whoops...that wasn't suppose to happen...anyways, 5 birds started flying from the right side an I started throwing knives at them. I only missed one! We sprinted to pick up the dead birds and I got my knives back, I borrowed two from Fleur.

"Wow you have a good aim!" They were all impressed so I just smiled. Krum got two more rabbits. I used the ropes to set up a trap and went over to the river as I waited. I stood in the water and captured fish. I got 5 fish in total. I went back to my net to see that I trapped a groosling! Fleur filled up two baskets with nuts and Cedric got three more quails.

Woahh we have soo much food! Today we got 4 birds, 2 rabbits, 5 fish, 2 baskets of nuts, one groosling, and 3 quails! And we still had the 3 quails and 2 rabbits from yesterday, also packets of dried fruits and beef jerky, and apples! Oh my gawdd! I set my trap back up for later on.

As I walked back to camp, I was tackled by someone...long black hair so it must be a girl. "AHH!" She seemed pretty mad...I got a clear view and turns out it was Clove! " 'Arry!" Clove covered my mouth and I heard Fleur scream. Panic filled my whole body. She twisted both my arms behind my back and pinned me to a tree. Gosh this girl was strong..."So, why Katniss? You could do sooo much better." I wasn't able to talk back because she started to gag my mouth. This chick is sooo cra-cra....

She brought me back to my camp, were I saw that my friends were in the same position. We still had our backpacks and the food was securely inside. Good thing we didn't set it out yet...or else the Careers would steal it. I tried kicking Clove, which she returned. Cato was flirting with Fleur...Gross....Haha, I tried to not laugh as I saw her disgusted expression. Clove seemed to see this and for revenge on Fleur, she got a knive and cut a huge line on my cheek. "ATVGBHNOGHF!!!" I tried screaming, yet it was useless. Cato was rejected from Fleur and apparently, he decided to take out his anger on all the boys. He punched Cedric, Krum, and me in the face. Owwww....

We were no longer clean. When they tackled us down, dirt went all over our clothes and faces. We were soo dirty. Now, there was a line and blood all over my face. Blood covered all of our faces and we got bruises. They pulled us up and dragged us to some place. Clove knocked on a specific tree 3 times...What is this??

"Oh, hey Harry. I see you brought your friends along too. I have been expecting you guys."

His voice, it was familiar. I could sense danger all over the room and the light were off.
