"Shannon, or I guess Nicole as some people knew me haha" I shake her hand and turn around to grab my schedule and she grabs it out of my hands and scans over it
"Hm" she looks at me then back to the paper. What the hell is happening right now?
"4/5 periods together , and lunch. Cool" she smiles and hands me back my paper
"Oh that's cool haha" nice nervous laughter Shan. 10/10.
"What uh, what class dont we have together?"
"Gym, everyone on the dance team got to get out of it because of how 'extensive our routines are'" she laughed
"Dance team? You guys have one?"
"Yeah, why wouldn't we?"
"I mean I guess I kinda thought there was just gonna be hockey and like gun shooting teams haha"
She smiled "okay well I'll try not to take that offensively, haha."
Just then the bell rung and she grabbed my hand
"Okay so we have to run because Mrs Fitz hates people being late." She opened the door and we ran down the hallway, it was actually kind of fun because I had absolutely no idea where I was going so I could just look around the school and it was nice.
*hours later*
It's finally lunch time and luckily I had it with Casey, and you know, that Cammie girl. When we got to class the teacher told me to sit next to Cammie and she kept looking at me, like she was studying me and it was kinda strange.
I walk into the cafe(how pretentious of a name) grab my lunch and go to find Casey, luckily she was at her table with her friend Adam.
"Sup losers" I sit down and start eating my lunch
"Shanizzle, what's up? How's your first day?" Casey says with a mouth full of cheese fries. Classy case.
"Oh it was good," I take a bite of food, "I Uhm, I met someone who says she knew me before i got...taken"
I take a sip of my juice,
"Really?" Casey says surprised "What's her name?"
"Cammie Scott?"
Her face lit up
"You met Cammie? Well remet? Anyway. THATS AWESOME IM SO EXCITED."
I kind of just stare at her , I guess she noticed my confusion because she finally stopped seizing or as she called it "dancing"
"You and Cammie were best friends."
