Jimin: Monday

I awoke from my slumber and check my clock on my bedside table for the time, it read
'|6:30am|'.

I've slept in and I only have 30 minutes to get dressed. I should hurry up and get ready so I'm not late. I drowsily make my way out of bed and walk over to my wardrobe that holds all my work clothes. I select my work outfit from it and start to get ready.

After a stressful 15 minutes of rushing to get clothes on and to brush my teeth I'm just about ready to leave the house. I slip on my shoes and put my things in my backpack.

I slide my house keys into my trouser pocket after locking my front door.

I slide into my black ford and suddenly relax at the touch of the leather on the car seat. Putting my backpack on the passenger seat and quickly checking for the time before leaving my street and speeding off down the road in an attempt to get there before seven-thirty.

5 minutes later and I'm suddenly stopped. Damn traffic. I think to myself as I come to a stop behind a red BMW.

I reach my work in no more than 5 minutes and park my car in the 'employees only' space in the car park. I reach over and collect my backpack from the passenger seat and swiftly open the car door and get out. I close the door after me and lock it using my car key.

I sling my backpack over my right shoulder and head for the automatic doors that will let me inside of the building.

I get inside a large red elevator and press the up button a couple times before reaching my desired floor. I get out of the elevator with Titanic like doors and then walk past the front desk and say a Hello to the lady sat at it.

"Ah, Hello Irene," I greet politely. "Hello, Jimin!" She says back excitedly
"Why are you so happy today?" I ask as I tie my shoelace, which had came un-done on my trip.

"Ahh, Jiminie I get a week off from work! And I get to go on vacation!" She announced very happily with a smile plastered on her face.

"Ahhh! So exciting, I wish to have a break soon," I sigh, "Oh I hope you do too! Anyway you better get to your desk before you get put down as late." I sigh once again.

"You're right, anyway have a good day at work" I turn around and the last thing I heard her say before I got into my box like room was:

"If that's possible." I chuckle before actually entering my work space, reaching into my bag after opening it and pull out my file and my Harry Potter like glasses, I then drop my backpack on the floor next to my desk and walk over to my seat.

Leaning back in my seat for a moment and thinking about nothing in particular, I'm quickly and viciously snapped back into reality when I hear the door open.

The door then opens and I'm immediately greeted with my boss who is smiling, he then proceeds to walk over to my unorganised desk and sets a stack of paper and files and whatnot infront of me.

"I hope this is a reasonable amount of work?" He said his smile falling "Of course wouldn't dream of doing any less, sir" He smiles before turning to walk out,

"Lee Jung, when may I have a holiday?" I say in a whiny tone.
"Well Jimin, I guess next week you can?"

I walk up to him and smile before i say the following: "Thank you so much!!"

"No problem but if you want a week off then get started" he said in a joking manner.

I quickly find my way back to my desk chair and sit once again. Ahh yes no work next week, a full week of activities and fun. Oh, how I love holidays. I think to myself before sitting upright and getting started on my work, today was going to be a long day.
