Thirteen: Nurse's Office

As Eren stormed out of the health room, he walked by a lot of girls who winked and blew kisses. He groaned. Being popular was annoying, especially when you're not interested in all the girls that flocked to him like dogs to a bone. He snickered. They're not getting this one. As he stomped past with his hands in fists, he happened to pass the nurse's office. Inside, Armin lay on the bed, unconscious. He rushed in, and ran to the bed.

"Oh my god! Is he okay?" Eren asked worryingly to the nurse.

"Yes, I'm sure he'll be fine." The nurse said, smiling.

Eren leaned down to kiss Armin's forehead.

Out of nowhere, the phone rang. The nurse picked it up, saying "Okay, I'll be there soon." She put the phone down and looked to Eren. "Um Eren, can you stay here with Armin? I have to run an errand." She said apologetically.

"Of course!" Eren said, more than happy to stay out of class and be with his boyfriend.

The nurse left.

Eren watched Armin sleep soundly. He wrapped his arms around him, cuddling him tight.

"E-Eren? Is that you?" Armin mumbled as he opened his eyes.

"Shh. Close your eyes." Eren said, kissing his cheek.

"My head hurts." Armin grunted.

"Guess what?" Eren asked, trying to change the subject.

"What.." Armin said softly.

"Tonight is the dance!"

"Oh.. I'm excited.." Armin mumbled with no enthusiasm.

"I'm going with the most beautiful person in the world." Eren gushed.

Armin, still half asleep, asked, "Who?"

Eren smiled. "You."

A smile spread across Armin's face, "So it wasn't a dream.."

"No, Armin, it wasn't." Eren's says, leaning in to kiss Armin. As there lips are centimetres away, the door slams open. Eren pulled away as the nurse enters the room.

"Oh, was I interrupting something?" The nurse asked.

"No, not at all." Eren said calmly.

"Ok, he needs water, so I'll let you two go and get some."

As the Eren and Armin left, they thanked the nurse. Armin lifted his arm up and scratched the bandage on his head. "Thanks for coming in and helping me." Armin said with a smile.

"No problem. I couldn't go back into my class anyway." Eren said as he put his arm around Armin.

"Why, what happened?" He asked.

Eren explained.

He changed the subject to how the nurse rudely butted in on their kiss.

They laughed together and made jokes.

"I'm so excited for tonight!" Armin exclaimed.

"Me too." Eren smiled as he kissed the top of Armin's head. Eren bent down to look him in the eyes, moved the golden locks away from his face and said, "I really do love you." And moved in for a kiss.
