A/n: I don't anything mang. Oh and I don't spell 'shumai' that way, I spell it 'siu mai' because that's how I say it when I speak Chinese. Oh yeah, and when you are talking between your grandma. Also the Chinese I know is a rare dialect-ish...
"Eh?! I must've forgotten my wallet!" Hoshitani started to panic as he trued to find his wallet to pay for lunch. Suddenly a man dressed in a siu mai dog costume grabbed then by the wrists and started singing. "If you're hungry come to the Bow Wow House." As he dragged them down the hall way.
"Heeeelllllpppp!" They screamed. They were thrown into a closet where they were forced to wear the hideous siu mai dog costumes, after Sawatari lent them money. Nayuki and Hoshitani started to "cry".
"H-Hoshitani kun, what are we going to do?" Nayuki asked in a scared tone.
"I don't know. Scream, panic, and maybe hope some one will hear us..."
"Ok then...."
"HHHHHEEEEEELLLLLPPPP, SOMEONE!!" They stared to scream, and bang on door. Meanwhile on the outside there was girl, walking past the door with her grandma.
"Chun Hua, do you have any idea what us happening behind that door?" Your grandma asked as you heard screaming from the door. You set down a crate of pre made dan tats, and wiped your forehead.
"I'm not sure pau pau." (A/n: pau pau is grandma)
"Maybe, you should check it out, Chun Hua."
"Do I really have to?"
"Now Chun Hua..." She gave that look, that kinda made do whatever she said. A sigh escaped from your lips.
"Fine pau pau." You opened the door to find the two boys, one with blonde hair, and light greenish yellow eyes, kind of like the light during spring time. The other boy had brown hair with a vibrant green eyes. Both were in the ugly costumes. To you and your grandmother you were totally disgusted by the costumes, and hated them. It kinda disgraced the Chinese dish.
"Ai ya, look at these two." Grandma said
"I know right?" You replied back
"H-Hoshitani kun what are they saying?" Nayuki asked, not knowing a word that came out the two women's mouth.
"E-er, sorry." You said, switching back to your perfect Japanese so the two boys could now understand you.
"I'm (l/n) (y/n), and this is my grandma."
"Are you two Chinese?" Hoshitani asked.
"Well, I'm half on my mother's side, and my grandma is full Chinese. That means she's my mom's mom. Does that make any sense?" You cringed a bit at the complicated explanation.
"Oh no no, we get it." The two boys said.
"Oh yeah I'm Hoshitani Yuta." The one with brown hair said.
"A-and I'm Nayuki Tooru..." The blonde haired boy said shyly. You smiled at them both and said "Nice to meet you Hoshitani kun, Nayuki kun. Come on let's get you of those ugly ass costumes, and leave." The boys noticed your rude comment about the costumes, turned to look at each other and then you.
"Do you not them (l/n) chan?" Nayuki asked.
"First call me (y/n), and yes, I really don't like them. So does my grandma actually, we think it's kind of a disgrace that, that's how you make siu mai. I mean it should have more in it." The boys blinked at your weird pronunciation of the pork dumpling.
"Oh yeah, and I don't say shuumai. My family is from a different part of China where we pronounce it differently." You said annunciating the 'shu' part and explaining about your "weird" way of saying it.
"Come on Chun Hua, we need to finish up." Your grandma called for you.
"Aaahhh, I'm coming." You replied back in Chinese.
"Chun Hua?" Both boys questioned tilting their heads only picking up your Chinese name from the foreign language.
"That's just my Chinese name. Makes it easier for to call me, better the saying (y/n) I guess."
"Wait! Where are you two going!" A voice called out. All three of turned around to see the man dressed as the siu mai dog, except this time you could see his face.
"What do you Seishiro?" You asked
"Eeeehhhh?!" The two members of team Otori exclaimed.
"This is my family restaurant!" The bear like male exclaimed happily.
"But you're not Chinese which makes this 'Chinese food' not really authentic." You spat.
"You're lucky we're here to save this damn disgraceful nasty restaurant!" Your grandmother screamed not really caring if no one could understand her, while yelling in Chinese. "This food looks like some the pigs would shit back in my village." Your grandma muttered, you chuckled quietly at her last comment.
"Well, that's why I have you, (y/n) chan and your grandmother. You two help bring in pre made dim sum dishes that we cook making it authentic." Seishiro smiled happily.
"What you work here (y/n)?" Hoshitani asked.
"Yes and no. Yes we bring authentic food and recipes, but no at the same time, because we don't cook all of the dishes." You said.
"Anyways, Hoshitani kun...Nayuki kun. Time to put your costumes back on." Seishiro held up the two costumes.
"Seishiro why are you making them where those costumes?" You asked
"This poor boys. I'd rather get stabbed in the stomach, the where that atrocious thing." Your grandma made another snappy comment, that only you could understand.
"Well I gave Hoshitani kun and Nayuki kun
money to pay off their debt." Sawatari said, appearing out of no where.
"Ai ya!" You screamed in Chinese, out of habit.
"You scared my Sawatari kun." You exhaled, "how much do they owe?" You asked
"¥20,000."
"Oh wow...." You blinked in surprise.
"Hoshitani, Nayuki!" A group of three young men ran into the room. Each had head of colorful hair, red, blue, and a deep purple.
"Where are all these young men coming from?!" Your grandma screamed. "See Chun Hua, you better go out with one of these boys, get married, have adorable kids, that I will take care of, get house, and then I can live in there with you!" Your grandma started to plan your future again. (A/n: anyone else's grandmother do this to them?)
"Pau pau!" You hissed.
"Eh?" All the boys looked at the old Chinese woman who was going on and on about something they had idea what it mean't.
"Nothing nothing! It's nothing." You tried to recover. "Anyways Seishiro let them go."
"Huh? What for? They need to pay back."
"And they will, or I will. You let them walk out without doing the stupid Bow Wow performance in exchange for my services to continue. Deal? And if you don't accept I can just quit, and your family business will go down the drain because you'll have no one who can make food as authentic as us." You threaten, that "Chinese tiger lady" part of you started to come out. All 8 boy started to tremble in their shoes at you...while your grandma was proud. 'Look my grand daughter she's threatened her first man already...I'm so proud....she'll be a great wife.'
"Ok ok, they can go." Seishiro cracked under your glare. As you walked out of the "Chinese" restaurant with the boys from the same team, Hoshitani and Nayuki both kissed you on each cheek.
"Thank you for saving us (y/n) chan! You're our hero!" They said with smiles as they ran off to their team mates.
"See I told you Chun Hua. Make sure you keep one so you can get married."
"Ugh pau pau..."
Whoooo that's one done, and it's 12:19 am and I need to wake up at 8....
