(Y/n) didn't want to be born in to a wealthy family. Always had to be the model daughter, perfect grades, perfect looks, and so much talent that it could go around to other people and she would still be talented. Even though this wasn't what she wanted it had it's perks. That's when she met the youngest of the Tengenji family, her family were owners of television/movie company. When her family made a deal to work with the Tengenji family to produce a movie, the young (y/n) met Kakeru.
"H-hi, I'm (y/n)."
"Please don't talk to me like you're wealthy just like me." The red headed boy replied plainly.
"Oh...so you think I'm poor. My family actually owns this company, I'm one of the heirs." (Y/n) replied a bit like a smart ass.
"Wait you're part of the (l/n) family?" Kakeru asked
"Of course, that's why I'm here. I'm not an actor or some employee's child. I'm here because this company rests on my shoulders." For the first time in the short years he has lived on the Earth Kakeru felt bad for someone. A girl who seemed weaker then him was already learning how to run a company, that will be hers, and there he was just learning how to dance.
"Oh...so you've been learning all of this stuff?"
"Yeah, every since I learned how to write that's when they started to teach me about stock, business, and how to run company on top of school and other activities."
"How old are you again?" Kakeru asked, and (y/n) just smiled.
"I'm 8, just like you."
"Oh wow, that's a lot already. I didn't know."
"Well Tengenji you shouldn't judge people based off of their appearance. You thought I was from a poor family, but really I'm another generation in a 'great' family that was born just for the sake of the future." (Y/n) said putting over air quotes around 'great'. At 8 years old (y/n) sounded more mature a 13 year old could be, it shocked many people at first this was her life, and many thought it would burn her out. The truth is it did, this buy life of hers lead to bad health, and (y/n) eventually got sick. She got Hodgkin disease, a a type of lymphoma. At first it seemed not as aggressive so her family's money and support from Kakeru helped her through her treatment.

"Thanks for helping me home." (Y/n) smiled as her best friend helped her back into her house.
"Well what can I say (y/n), I'll aways be with, we're friends right?" Kakeru said smiling as he helped her into bed. To be honest the actor didn't want to be just friends, he wanted to be hers, but that wouldn't happen. Her parents would have wanted to set her up with some other wealthy boy who was in the business as she was.
"Well, I thought you were too busy at Ayanagi, I know it's your dream to be great." (Y/n) looked away in shame, because of the fact she decided to hide her cancer from her friend.
"(Y/n) you're little a bit more important then school. You're my best friend." Kakeru sat down at the foot of her bed and stared into (y/n)'s (e/c) eyes.
"I know...maybe I was just over thinking a bit too much." (Y/n) looked down into her hands. Kakeru got up to his feet again, and leaned in to kiss (y/n) on the forehead.
"I'll always be with you (y/n), even towards the end. You should probably get some rest." (Y/n) smiled and nestled back farther into her bed.
"Ok, then." She started to doze as Kakeru watched her until she fell asleep.
Ever since that one night (y/n) took Kakeru's words to her heart. She went to all of his performance, and watched his Ayanagi Showtime performance from her bed. She loved how he sang from the softest note to the most bold and loud note he could see. For the past 8 years of her life she was head over heels for him, her best friend. In time (y/n) got better slowly, but her parents still believed she could right away get back to work, without easing her in. She was the heir of the (l/n) family, of course she had to do this. So (y/n) spiraled back into her sick state with the form of Lymphoma getting more aggressive.
~To where (y/n) was 20~
A red cell phone tone went off.
"Hello?" Kakeru spoke into his phone. For the past 4 years (y/n) and Kakeru lost touch again. (Y/n) struggled to stay on top of her work load that sometimes Kakeru didn't notice she was struggling, because he was busy carrying the Tengenji family brand.
"Is this Tengenji Kakeru?" A female came through the line. Kakeru recognized who's voice it was. It was the (y/n)'s assistant.
"U-uh yes this he."
"Good. It's miss (y/n, she wants to talk to you at the hospital. I will see you there." The call died, and Kakeru gripped his phone tightly, and ran to the hospital. When he opened the door to (y/n)'s room she was lying in her bed, a totally different person form Kakeru's best friend.
"(Y/n)...." The actor croaked out. The sleeping girl then sat up, and stared at the fiery headed boy.
"You came." (Y/n) whispered out, a faint smile etched onto her sunken in, pale, tired face.
"How did this happen?" Kakeru started to walk toward her bed.
"I guess I over worked myself, you know me. Always have to up hold the (l/n) title." (Y/n)'s smiled started to fade, as pain glossed over her eyes. "You know what I mean Kakeru, having to do your family proud."
"But you can't hurt yourself (y/n)!" Kakeru finally screamed out at last. "You knew you weren't ready, so why did you do this to yourself?" Tears started to slowly slip from Kakeru's eyes, (y/n) lowered herself on to her back again.
"Because I wanted to do it for you..." Kakeru looked up, "I always saw you at the end of the tunnel, and I wanted to get to the point where you could see me." (Y/n)'s eye lids started to feel heavy.
"I always saw you (y/n), I was just too foolish to call out your name." Kakeru took a seat next to the sick woman.
"I'm glad that you did see me." (Y/n)'s heart monitor started to slow down.
"Now I can take a nap with that relieving thought. I'm glad that you were with me to the end." (Y/n)'s eye lids slid down to close.
"(Y/n)! Don't close your eyes." Kakeru grabbed the woman's smaller hand into his in a attempt to keep (y/n) awake.
"Don't worry Kakeru, I'll see you when I open my eyes again. Till the end right? That's what you said." And (y/n)'s last breath was taken.
"(Y/n)? (Y/n)!!" Kakeru screamed shaking the limp body, tears streamed down faster then before.
"I'm sorry this is the end, I love you." An eerie whisper floated through the room.
