Chapter 8: Crazy Lunch Time

"So are you guys’ hungry?" Yani asked then all the boys nodded.

"Oh Shoot!" She said as she snapped her forehead with her palm.

All the boys frowned, giving Yani a curious look, and then Baekhyun asked "What's wrong sunbae?"

"Nothing. Aish. I just forgot, I only prepared foods for 2." She scratched her head "Uhh.. Wait okay? I will just cook some more foods for all of you." She said.

As Yani turned her back to them, about to head to the kitchen, she heard someone called her "Sunbae?" he said. The young lady turned around and realized it was Kyungsoo who called her. "Can I help you? I can cook." he smiled.

Really? This guy cooks? She somehow cannot believe what she just knew, that Kyungsoo can cook. She found it cool yet confusing since Kyungsoo is more like a pure awesome kind of guy with his powerful vocal that can be sweet at some times. She doesn't mean that cooking isn't awesome, but she really was just amazed.

Though her head is full of question about the lad's hidden talent, she end up agreeing with his little request "Uhh.. Yeah. Sure! Is there any other who would like to help as well?" she asked.

"Me! Me! Me!!!" Sehun stood up as he volunteered.

"Yah! Just sit back here let them do the work. You don't even know how to cook Sehun. You are so silly." Chanyeol said with his manly deep voice as he pulled Sehun back to his seat, then the maknae pouted. And there is Kai again laughing at him.

"It's alright sunbae, we will just wait until the foods are ready. Sorry the rest of us can't help because we don't know how to cook." Suho the Leader said then he let out a smile that can kill thousands of girls then everyone agreed.

"Don't be sorry, it's totally fine. Just entertain yourselves for a while. Watch T.V. or look around but only within here in first floor." She instructed with a smile then they smiled back.

Yixing, her cousin, chuckled. He really found it surprising for his cousin to handle stuffs like this. Yani caught him; she glared and sticks her tongue to him, causing him to laugh even harder but tries to hold it as the others might think he is crazy since they are not aware that Yani and Yixing are having an eye-contact-conversation.

"Okay cuz'. Whatever you say! *giggles* Yah! pass me the remote, please" Lay requested. Aish! the remote is just in front of the entertainment center, why can't you just stand up from you sit and get it on your own! She thought. "You're near it so can you please pass it to me?" He said then the corner of his lips twitched. Yani turned around and realize her entertainment center is just behind her, that Lay has a point. Aigoo! he can read my mind! Aurgh!! She rolled her eyes to him then she took the remote then trew it to her cousin.

Yani then, went toward the kitchen with Kyungsoo. "Uhh.. What are we going to cook sunbae?" He asked.

She walks closer the refrigerator, opened it and started to look for available ingredients. "Let's see... uhhmm?? We have Pasta here, Tomato pasta sauce, Kimchi, Cheese, Xiangchiang (or sausage in English)." She mumbled "How about Kimchi Spaghetti!? You know how to cook that?" She asked.

"Yes! That would be good! Shall we start?" He said.

"Arraseo!" She then took out the necessary ingredients they will need and placed it on the counter.

They washed their hands first, put on apron then they started preparing the ingredients and started cooking.

The two seems compatible with each other's company as they work in the kitchen. It's like they already been together or know each other for a long time though it's just last night they were able to meet each other formally. They even get along quite well. Their fashion for cooking is what makes it possible.
