Chapter 6: An Unusual Morning

Luhan's POV

I woke up in the morning with my head kinda hurts. Probably because of the jet lag from last night since we just got here from China or I'm just so tried because of that unexpected meeting with Manager Lee Soo Man.

The meeting was about the offer of Ceci Magazine. An offer where they want me and a certain girl to be the front cover of the latest issue for next month. Manager hyung told me something about the girl that I'll be working with, But, Err.. I forgot her name. I wasn't really paying attention to what Manager hyung is saying that time, I feel really sleepy.

After he discuss to me the offer, which I'm not paying attention at, I just said I'll think about it even though I didn't clearly understand the other detail.

Anyway, I scratched my eyes then took my phone from under my pillow to check the time, its 7:00 am. I threw my phone on my bed before I sat up and did some arms' stretching.

After I did, I shift my position with my legs and feet hanging on the edge of my bed then I saw my roommates Kris and Xiumin still sleeping. I normally wake them up every time I woke up ahead of them, but I decided not to this time since I know every one of us are tired and just want to take a good rest. After all, Manager hyung gave this day for us to relax and remove all the jet lags before we start working on Friday. Today is Wednesday.

I stood up from my bed and walk toward the door. I carefully opened the door so I won't wake the two sleeping beauties up then I closed it again.

I went down the stairs and as I walk, I smell something good. Someone is already awake too? I think I know who it is. I quickly walk through the remaining steps of the stairs then I made my way in the kitchen, and as expected, I saw Kyungsoo, standing there as he holds a pan and a spatula.

It's kind of weird to see a manly guy like him doing chores like cooking but we actually love his cooking. I don't know what kind of magic his hands have but every time he cooks, even though it's just a simple dish, turns into something special.

"Good morning D.O" I greeted as I pull one chair from the dining table and sits on it.

Kyungsoo turned around and greeted me back "Morning hyung!" he said then head back on what he is doing.

Not looking at me as he is busy cooking, he asked "What time did you got here last night hyung? I slept immediately; I wasn't able to wait for you."

"I got here 10:25 pm. It's fine. When I got here, Chanyeol is still awake while you guys are already sleeping so he is the one who let me in." I stood up from my seat and went toward the plate rack on the counter and took 12 plates and pairs of spoon and fork. "Chanyeol told me you guys got here 8:00 pm from the dinner last night." I said as I prepare the plates and utensils on the table.

"Yes hyung. You should have come with us at the dinner." Kyungsoo said. Wipping his hands with the kitchen towel. He laid the towel on the counter after he used it and held two plates with the foods he cooked and walks toward the table, placed it on and pulled the chair across the table to the chair I sat and he sits on it.

"You could have met sunbae Yani! But Kris told us about your meeting with Manager hyung so it's fine." He said as I sat to my place after I prepared the table for our breakfast.

Yani? That name sounds familiar. Ahh yes I remember, that is name of the one that Manager hyung said that I will work with the offer of Ceci Magazine.

"Yeah. I think I'll meet her some other time" I said. Well, I'm sure I'll meet her anyway since I'll be working with her for the magazine company. And I also heard that she is our co-artist in SM so I think there is no way I won't meet her.
