Jeylani POV

Okay so I was almost done unpacking my clothes when Emily Called me downstairs. I knew that it was Sam's friends. I was really nervous what if the don't like me. Ugg whatever, I'm just going to be me. I took a deep breathe and walked down the stairs to find about six buff guys staring at me and one girl who seemed like she didn't want to be here. Trust me I didn't want to be here but I just came down with a smile.

" Guys and Girl this is Jeylani Rivera she is a daughter of a friend of Sam. She will be staying here for the summer. So Jeylani this is Paul....

"Hey Gorgeus"that Paul dude said with a wink. I just nodded and smiled and Emily kept going this is Jared, Quil and Embry.. they were cute but not in a like kinda way "Hey I said and they smiled.

... This is Seth and Leah they are siblings "Nice to meet you I said and that Girl seemed sorta strange. Not in a bad way in a way that seemed we would be friends... if that made any sense and Finally Emily Said this is Jacob". Jacob smiled at me and we just stared into each other I don't know what happened but this Jacob guy was like just staring at me like if he'd known me already. To be honest I kinda liked him. What am I saying I just got here I can't be thinking about boys!!! I finally had the nerve to just look away. It was awakard.

The rest of the afternoon I hung out with Embry, Jacob and Paul. They were really cool but Paul was kind of a Perve but I ignored his perverted comments.

Soo Jacob You barely haven't talked is something wrong? I asked. But he didn't say anything he just shook his head no.

"Anyway what made you come over here?" Embry asked.

Ummm I really don't want to talk about that now. Or ever I kinda whispered but I was pretty sure they heard me.

"Okay babe but know I'm here if anything." Paul said with cockiness

Okay I said with a small laugh while Jacob seemed to be angry at Paul when he said that. I just stared awkardly. Then Paul did the unthinkable, I got up to get a drink and he grabbed my ass and Jacob just blew and started yelling at Paul. Paul just stood there like nothing and Sam told Jacob to come back tomorrow. It was weird but after a while I told Embry and Paul I was tired and they left.

Ummm Emily can I ask you something?

"Yeah sure anything"

Okay Umm why would Jacob get mad at Paul for grabbing my butt I mean I was mad he did that,I don't like it. But Jacob seemed like over protective he doesn't even know me like that.

" Ummm Emily said.... I don't know but don't you think he is cute?

Emily!! I screamed blushing

He is but I'm not ready for a boyfriend.

"why not"

Emily it's a long story I really wish we could talk about it but i'm not ready I never told anyone before. I'm scared to see how you will react.

"Okay sweetheart we will talk another time though. Right?

Definetly But right now all I'm saying that I'm not comfortable around boys. You figure out the rest.

With that I went upstairs and left Emily thinking about it to herself. I finished unpacking the rest and got out some Purple booty shorts and a tight black tank-top and went to take a shower. After my shower I went to bed thinking about everything. I kinda did like Jacob just a bit. Inside I was terrified I didn't want him to do something to me. Just thinking about that It got me thinking about when I got raped. I still feel him touching me. I just wanna be happy like I once was and with that I drifted off into Sleep.
