Dang it." Lily Tyler muttered. "I should've seen that coming."
She walked over to her desk and picked up a piece of paper, which had ingredients for a concoction she had to rub on her hands to get her image projected into the Tardis.
1 cup of salt water
A bag of chocolate chips
Something bright blue
A leaf from a timey-wimey tree
The contents of a glow stick
An ice cube

Lily took a cup off of her desk and ran into the kitchen.
Lily had collected a giant jar of salt water from the ocean last night. She now poured a cup of it into her cup.
Then she pulled a bag of chocolate chips out of the cabinet and poured it into the cup.
She dashed into her room and pulled a box out from under her bed, which contained almost every color of ribbon there was. She removed the bright blue one, and snipped a piece off of the spool.
A timey-wimey tree was a tree that the doctor had accidentally made up once, and it had spread into Lily's universe. The nearest timey-wimey tree was at a national park about 3 miles from her house.
Lily slipped on her coat and started down the sidewalk towards the park.
When she made it, she cautiously walked over to the tree. Quickly, she plucked off a leaf and started running. She kept on running until she reached her house, opened the door, and closed it as fast as possible. Then she leaned against the door, panting. She recalled last time she'd stolen a leaf from that tree, and had to go to court over a stupid leaf. She'd won, but she'd had to convince the lawyer that she was a distant cousin of the queen and she wanted a leaf for her dog who was very sick.
She ran into her bedroom, and noticed that she'd already used all the glow sticks in the package. Grabbing her wallet, she fled out the door once again and walked down the sidewalk in the direction of the store.
Once she reached the store, she rushed in and found the glow sticks. She waited in a long line at the check out, rocking back and forth on her heels impatiently. When she finally payed, she left quickly and ran the whole way home.
Once she slammed the door to her house shut, she ran into the kitchen and cut the glowstick package open as fast as possible, then cut a glow stick in half. She dumped the contents into the cup and ran into the freezer on accident. Rubbing her nose which was now in horrible pain, she opened the freezer and removed an ice cube from the ice cube tray. She then dropped it into the cup.
The liquid was disgusting. It was brown from the chocolate and glowing slightly yellow from the glow stick. Nonetheless, she dipped her hands in the gooey mixture and squeezed her eyes shut. Next thing she knew, she was back in the tardis.
"Oh, you again." Rose said. "Let's make this quick. We've got stuff to do."
Lily looked extremely hurt, and Rose wanted to take her words back but it was too late now. Lily took a deep breath and said, "Anyways, what I was trying to say last time, is a name you need to use. Not exactly sure how yet, I can't see that far into the future. But you'll need it, I promise."
"And that name is?" The doctor walked over to Rose and grabbed her hand.
"Lily Marie Tyler." Lily said. "My name. It will help you, trust me."
"Why should I trust you?" Asked Rose.
"I'm your sister Rose! I thought that was what family did, trust each other. Never had a family though, so I'm probably wrong." Lily looked at her feet.
"But you're not my sister." Rose said, her voice shaking. She swallowed, trying not to let the tears flow. She'd been incredibly rude to a little girl who was only trying to help them.
"Technically I am. Same parents, different universe. Except my Jackie and Pete were killed in an accident. Doctor, can't you see the resemblance?" Lily fought back tears and walked over to stand by Rose.
The doctor walked in a circle around Rose and Lily, then said, "Definitely see the resemblance. You two are related, some way or another."
Lily smiled sadly, glancing at her watch. "I've gotta go now." She said. "But we will meet again, Doctor and Rose. Some day, I'll see you again." She faked a smile and then disappeared.
