Arriving at the house was rather overwhelming. My old owners had a good sized, cottage-esque house with beautiful stone and wood throughout. This place, on the other hand, was a huge, palace style mansion. It was beautiful, of course, but I couldn't help but feel it was a little cold and, well, empty.

I followed the man down a long corridor that ended in a set of large, wooden doors. The man opened them and stepped inside.

"Ah, Smith, we've been expecting you," a woman with short, black hair stood across from us. She had the same, dark eyes as the man, Smith.

"Yes, Ms. Deidra, I have found the perfect slave for Master Jake."

Ms. Deidra looked at me as if she hadn't noticed I was there, "I see," she said, "Jake will like her, she's.... Pretty."

"Indeed," Smith said, "She's been in the business for eleven years and she's still completely pure."

"Really?" Ms. Deidra raised one perfect eyebrow, "How much was she?"

"50 million," Smith stated proudly.

"That's quite a bargain. She could have gone for at least twice that."

Smith smiled, "I thought so myself."

Ms. Deidra looked me over once more and said, "Thank you, Smith, you have done well. You are dismissed."

Smith bowed once and, without another word, exited the room leaving Ms. Deidra and me as the only two in the room.

"What is your name, girl," Ms. Deidra said authoritatively.

"Angel, Madam," I said clearly, "My name is Angel."

"Angel," she paused, as if thinking, "What a lovely name. Jake will like that."

I remained silent and kept my gaze straight ahead. I was not about to ruin my first impression in this new household.

After a few moments pause, Ms. Deidra rang a bell and a girl, slightly older than me, appeared within seconds. She was pretty, I would expect as much. Families as rich as this one normally had the prettiest blood slaves. Some of the higher classes had specific blood slaves for maids and cooks too.

"Harmony, be a dear and prepare Angel for Master Jake. And while you're at it, introduce her to the others, too."

Harmony answered immediately, "Yes, Ms. Deidra," and quickly led me out of the room.

Harmony was pretty, that was certain. She had bleach blonde hair and bright blue eyes that seemed to sparkle like the ocean on a sunny day. She would have looked like your average pretty girl except for a scar that ran down the left side of her face. I tried not to stare, but my gaze kept moving back to the long, red line.

"It's not polite to stare, you know," she said, her eyes not straying from the path in front if her.

"I'm sorry," I uttered quickly.

"It's fine," she smiled, "I was just messing with you. I'm Harmony."

"Angel," I replied.

"Nice to meet you, Angel. So I heard you've been in the business for a while, huh."

"Yes," I replied, "Exactly eleven years as of today."

"That's good then," Harmony said, "I won't have to teach you all the rules."

At this time, we had arrived at another, slightly smaller set of wooden doors. Harmony opened them to reveal a small room, about one fifth the size of the other room I had visited. It had just enough room to hold five wooden beds and five small dressers.

"This is where you'll be sleeping," Harmony said, pointing to one of the beds, "That's your dresser beside it and you'll be sharing the room with me, Magdalene, Melody, she's my twin, and Lidia. You'll be working with us to serve Master Jake."

I nodded, "How is Master Jake? Is he kind?"

Harmony shook her head sadly, "I wouldn't necessarily categorize Master Jake as 'nice'. Now hurry up and get changed. Your clothes are in the dresser."

I quickly walked over to my dresser and took out the dress inside it. It was similar to the one I was already wearing in terms of coverage, but had a skirt that flared outwards and a v-neck with little princess-dress sleeves.

Harmony tied up the back tightly, pinned up my hair in a perfect bun, and finished off the outfit by adding a small, dark pendant that rested right between my breasts.

"To make sure you don't... Leave," she said, placing it around my neck.

I smiled faintly at the remark, "Shall we go then?"

"Yes, yes," she replied, ushering me to the door, "Master Jake is waiting."
