*Marlee POV*

I stare at the ten- eleven year old boy in front of me in the picture standing happily next to Aaron. He has a brother? Why hasn't he ever mentioned it? I mean I know he doesn't talk about his family much because he always says he doesn't want to talk about it or he changes the subject but couldn't he trust us enough? Trust me?

He never mentioned having a brother ever. I remember Nash asking about his family and Aaron replied had with, 'I'm a lonely child and I honestly don't wanna talk about them, how about we talk about something else?' So I always assumed, because he said it himself, that he was a lonely child.

But that kid, Samuel, looks exactly like Aaron. Only a bit older.

"You coming Marlee?" Aaron's voice calls from the room down the hall.

I shake my head bringing my attention away from the picture and to the hardwood floor, suddenly interested in the polished floor. Just in case he pops his head out to see me. I shake my head and continue walking down the hall, reaching the end and opening the oak wood door.

I walk in to see a full sized bed with black covers and white pillows against the far right wall with an Aaron sitting on it watching me as I look around. A black desk sits at the window with a black cushioned chair. French doors on the far left wall sit to where you can go out onto a balcony. The floor is white-plush carpeted. If that makes any sense.

If you were to only be in this room you wouldn't even be able to tell its apart of this cabin. It's so modern- apartment like. It doesn't go with the setting at all, but at the same time, I find it kinda peaceful and comfortable.

Aaron clears his throat, making me look away from the huge white teddy bear in the corner.

I've always wanted one of those

I look to Aaron, "Sorry. I like your teddy bear." I say pointing to the giant bear in the corner of the room sitting on a bean bag, although you can't even see the bean bag at all because the bear is so huge.

He nods cracking a small smile, "Yeah, I got it a few years back."

I nod and shut the door, "Can I sit down?" I spurt out randomly not knowing what to say next.

Stupid stupid stupid stupid

He laughs smiling. I feel myself smile. I enjoy seeing him happy. His smile can really change your mood to happy and thrilled, if that makes any kid of sense, "Of course." He pats next to him on the bed.

I nod and walk over, sitting next to him, "So this is your room?" I question looking to him.

He nods, "Yeah. Been my room since I can remember." He chuckles slightly.

I nod bringing my legs up and hugging them to my chest, "I like it." I nod approving.

He furrows his eyebrows laughing slightly, "What do you mean?"

"As in, what you chose I guess? I like the fact that it's.. Different compared to the rest of the house." I nod looking up at the white shelves that outline all four walls towards the ceiling.

I feel his eyes on me. I look back to him to see him smiling, "What?" I ask tilting my head in confusion.

He shakes his head smiling, "Nothing, it's just you were so.. Bummed a while ago because of, well," He looks at me apologetically bringing Taylor up. I feel myself frown remembering, "The whole issue there.. It's good to see your mind is off of that." He finishes nodding slightly.

"Well, thank you. For helping me with that." I chuckle softly.

"Of course. Glad I could help." He also chuckles softly.
