A/N- hey guys, so in the next update i am going to skip ahead around a month....i have bigger plans for Adrien and Jay but i need to make their relationship be longer before i do them. :) and i hope you guys like this update. Most of the time i write them of the top of my head, but i actually wanted to start getting Carter into the story. thank you guys for reading. Love you guys :)

When we got back to Lucy's after dinner together, I went to my room to change. Adrien stayed downstairs talking with Lucy and James. I wouldn't be surprised if they were laying the "I'll hurt you if you hurt her" speech on him right now while they had the chance. I changed into some PINK yoga pants and a tank top and threw my hair into a messy bun and headed back downstairs. Lucy had turned in and James was off now so he went home to rest for tomorrow.  I decided to watch a movie with Adrien; we decided to watch "White House Down" Channing Tatum was smoking. Words cannot describe how he was when I went to see it in theatres (A/N I know this movie literally just came out in theatres, but it was an amazayn freaking movie...and yes Channing Tatum really was smoking hot in it.") I popped some popcorn and got us each a coke and went to watch the movie. Adrien had it all ready to go when I got back into the living room. When I was settled and comfy he pushed play and the movie started. I rested my head on Adrien's shoulder as I was eating my popcorn and sometimes giving him pieces at times, he wrapped his arms around my shoulders and leaned his head on top of mine. I smiled to myself as I couldn't be happier at this moment. I was thinking back to only a couple weeks ago when I was running from my horror movie of my old life, now I had a great life in Italy and a perfect boyfriend to go with it. It couldn't be better.

~a few hours later~

Suddenly my ringtone of 'Better than I know myself' by Adam Lambert started blaring from my phone startling Adrien and I out of our little slumber we had fallen into during the movie.  I looked at my screen to see it was James calling me. Weird I thought but answered it anyways.

Me: "Hello"

James: "Jay, I need you to come get me." He said in between breathes

It sounds like something is wrong.

Me: "James are you Okay?!"

James: "um, not exactly...my house and car caught on fire in the middle of the night; I woke to my smoke detectors blaring through my house and got myself out." I said

OMG! Poor James

Me: "OMG, are you hurt or anything and I'll be right there I was watching a movie with Adrien we are on our way."

James: "Okay, thanks so much Jay... see you soon!"

I hung up and told Adrien what was going on I quickly slipped on my flip flops and grabbed my keys and ran to my car. I drove to James house staying calm as I could.

-------5 minutes later-------

"James!" I called out to him he was sitting in a chair in his drive way. I looked behind him to see his house in shambles and fire fighters surveying the damage. An officer was walking our way. "Hello" they said "If you don't mind sir we need to ask you a few questions." And then he turned to me and Adrien "And who might you guys be?" he asked I told him who we are and he looked to James for confirmation and was satisfied after James confirmed, and then he proceeded to the questions. After the officer was done with the questions they told him that he was free to go now. They had everything they needed for now and that they would call him if they needed anything else. James grabbed his chair and the few clothes he managed to grab before he got out since the fire wasn't in his house yet until it spread, and started off to the car. The firemen and police said that they would keep him posted on the damage and the settlement once they find out who did it- if possible. Until then James was staying with us, and that meant that I was going to be so spoiled. He treats me like I'm his daughter and it is an amazing feeling to know that you are so loved my so many people.  I checked the time on my phone and seen that it was going on 11:30pm. Good thing Adrien was staying the night. I grabbed his hand from him standing behind me and made my way to the car. I asked him if he could drive because I was so tired and I wasn't going to make James drive. We got back to Lucy's and I set up James in the guest room we had and then Adrien and I made our way to my room. I didn't care that he slept in my bed, I trust him a lot.  I slipped off my shoes and he did the same while I climbed in bed after brushing my teeth, he went to brush his and then did the same as me. "Night babe, love you." I told him he smiled and said he loves me too. I rolled on my side and just barely scooted to my side if the bed and he grabbed me and pulled me to his side by him wrapping his arm around my torso. Soon I was out like a light.
