Carters POV

A half a year later, and I still can't believe that I have been married to my best friend for this long already. Each day that we wake up and fall asleep together I seem to fall more, and more in love with her than I was the previous day. She continues in everything she does to amaze me with her positivity and managing even in the tough times to keep that smile always on her face that I love so much. We still are living in Lucy's house with James, Macie and probably soon to be Bryce which is okay with me. honestly I think James and i really need another dude in the house to balance out the craziness. Jaylyn and Macie really put out a lot of it.

Speaking of the two they have been absolutely dedicated to planning Macie and Bryce's "wedding of the century" as we have been calling it since it's a million times more extravagant and bigger than Jay and I's wedding ever was. Bryce has tried to avoid everything in the planning as much as he can unless its something specific that he wants to decide on, other than that we have tried to be gone during the rest of it. I have been secretly trying to plan Bryce's bachelor party with James when he's not around with a little of Macies help also on what he likes to do considering the wedding is less than two months away. Luckily Macie liked a lot of the decorations at mine and Jaylyns wedding; and I say that because one of her colors is the same so some decorations can be reused.  I can remember the day that I proposed to Jaylyn; the look on her face when she spotted Macie there with us was something I knew was gonna bring the happiness back out of the blued eyed girl I fell in love with the day I met her truthfully.

As for James, well he is still quite the character. Jaylyn and I sat him down one day and told him that we were completely capable of cooking and cleaning for ourselves, but he insisted that he still do it every once in awhile to help out and what not. Jaylyn said he can still do breakfast because she loves when he makes her his famous chocolate chip pancakes that she somehow effortlessly manages to devour two of in one sitting. He's a really great guy to be around and he is a lot of a father figure to me even though my dad is perfectly fine in being a father. We have all made a big family of ourselves and until our lives start to expand (if you know what I mean) it will most likely stay that way. These guys and the family of mine that is left are all i have, Jaylyn has technically just me; but really everyone I do as well. In this last half a year we have been really blessed to be able to live as we have been each day, and what could be much better than that with some pretty amazing people in the picture to.
