"Ow" I whisper-screamed as I headbanged into a broad hard chest.
I looked up to see Raghav standing tall in front of me, his expression stern and hard.
How come I banged my head with his chest this time? Because as far as I remember earlier I had bumped into his head.
Not that I grew shorter or something.
A sense of nervousness spreads my face and I find myself just standing there still. I just realize the two brothers are much different from each other, apart from their ego though.
Boys and their egoes.
He raises his eyebrows with an irritated expression.
"I am sorry" I say and therefore move past him to get away from him before he can even speak anything to spoil my mood.
But he, instead moves to his side and comes in my way, blocking my path.
Oh God.What is he up to?
"Where are you going? To complain Aryan?" he asks in a sneering tone.
Aryan?
Oh. I didn't realize that I had totally forgotten that I had told Aryan everything and that he surely might have made a move regarding it.
Had he confronted his brother? Just for this petty little thing?
"I hope you know that I am the older brother" he utters.
Of course I would know.
And, just one year difference doesn't turn you into a better sibling.
"Raghav, I need to go" I speak mustering up all the courage.
"Who are you exactly? Apart from being a new student.?" he asks.
Behind him, I see the other guy, his friend, approach him and place a firm hand on his shoulders.
He seemed a little less patronizing considering the fact that he atleast apologised for blaming me for something that I didn't do.
"Let her go, Raghav"
Despite the attempts of his friend, he is still having an angry look absolutely plastered on that fair face of his which is directed towards me.
Somebody please let me know if I have ever done anything to bother him.
"In case you are wondering what have you ever done to bother me, let me remind you- you just bumped into me, again."
He could definitely be a mind reader, Trust me because he just took me by surprise repeating the sentence running in my mind.
"It's not like I got hurt or something, but in case you fall and get hurt badly and then go and start complaining to Aryan, then I surely wouldn't appreciate that." he ends with his mouth twisting into a smirk.
He won't leave that topic. Would he?
I furrow my eyebrows in displeasure.
He isn't testing my patience, is he?
The kind and calm person that I am, I reply,
"Good to see you caring for me, I won't bump into you, ever again"
With that I move past him, my self respect intact this time.
'Never make me encounter him again' I chant a small prayer, moving towards the canteen where my newfound 'good' friends are.

"There you are. You took forever to come, Rhea"
I take an empty seat between Neha and Ishaan.
While Neha is having a sandwich, Ishaan is busy scribbling something very intently on a book. Aryan and Mohit aren't present here at the moment and Piya seems to be busy texting on her phone.
"Yeah, It took me a long time to search for the book" I say, not honestly though.
Well, what took so much of my worthy time was just partially the book.
"And I bet you must have started reading it in the library itself before reminding yourself that you need to come and join us" Swati says and laughs. She is having a blueberry donut covered with a thin layer of sugar glaze. How hungry I am right now.
