A not so Common Misconception

This story takes place many of years in the future, Marionette and Adrien have been happily married 6 years now but that didn't always mean they got things right.

Adriens POV

I yawn it was late and I just got home from patrol. I enter my house as quietly as I can not wanting to wake up Marionette. "So how do you think he'll react to the news?" Huh my lady is still up? Who could she be talking to at this hour? "Wow you really think so Alya?" How did I not see that coming? I take this as my enter, "How is who going to react?" I see my Mari jump a little, she quickly says goodbye to Alya and turns around to me, "Oh no one." Hmm suspicious, what would Marionette hide from me, its something that excites her so it's not bad. Ha who knows maybe she's pregnant, oh my god what if she is? No no no Mari would tell me if she was. "Aw would it really be that bad if you let the cat out of the bag" she rolled her eyes but I know she loves the puns. Seemingly out of no where I yawn, "you're tried kitty come to bed" Mari calls me over. I happily complie, I snuggle up next to my lady and soon sleep over comes me.

Third Person POV

The next day Adrien had forgotten all about the phone. He went to work, yes he was still a model. The top model in Paris at the moment actually. And it wasn't till he came home until he thought of the phone call again.

Adriens POV

I come home from work about to call out to Mari, till I heard the sewing machine going, she always listens to music when she sews so of course she wouldn't hear me. She is always designing or making something, even on her day off from her company. That's right she has her own design company called the Spotted Cat. I walk into her design room to see what master piece my Lady is working on this time. I look over her shoulder and see a small onesie.Aw it is so cute, I see wording on it but from where I am I can't exactly tell what it says. All of the sudden Mari stops the machine and liftes the onsie into the air. It was a purple little thing that had bubbles on in and in a what looked like bubbles it said Je t'aime. It truly was adorable, but why was Mari making it. What a minute the late night phone call when she thought he was away the onsie she made when he was out. Marionette is pregnant. Oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god I'm going to be a dad. Marionette placed the onsie down and turned around. "Adrien! I know how it looks but trust me it's not like that okay." She was so flustered it was so cute. I can't help but laugh, "Mari I'm not mad, I'm so happy why didn't you tell me sooner?" "It's not my secret to tell," what how is it not hers, "Adrien I know what your thinking and I am sorry to burst your bubble but I'm not pregnant, Alya is." Huh? "Sorry I couldn't tell you sooner kitty but Alya wanted to surprise Nino and she was scared you might tell him." I can only mutter out a simple "Oh" my face is probably bright red. She let's out a laugh, "don't worry you know I want kids too and plus me and Alya always dreamed to have our kids be best friends so who know maybe they'll come sooner then we think." I love her so much but I'm still totally embarrassed. I kiss her softly, but the kiss soon turns more passionate. I break the kiss and put my forehead against hers, "you know why prolong inevitable" I purr. I can tell she is thinking it over before, but even with her eyes full of lust she pulls away. "Why kitty you know I would love too, but I really got to get this onsie to Alya." I only nod and let my lady go. I love her so much.

So sorry this took so long I wanted this out early but this week has not been my week from failing test and school in general to falling downstairs and breaking bones. But anyway I want to thank you guys so this one shot book has 2.11k views and I truly cannot be anymore grateful, I love you guys all so much.
