(A/N so this shot makes some sense, AU where Chat Noir is the hero of Paris while Ladybug's the Villain?!?! Anyway enjoy!)

Chat's POV

"And so I would like to give a toast to our most beloved hero, Chat Noir. By golly, Paris would be lost without you Chat! So it is in my great honor to say thank you." The Mayor says as he shakes my hand for what feels like the millionth time. I smile for the Mayor and Press as I say, "It's a true honor to have the responsibility of protecting Paris sir." We pause our hand shaking to let the Press take pictures. "I am truly glad you could come to the opening of this new art gallery dedicated to you." As much as I wish the Mayor would stop our hand shake I continue to be as polite as possible. "I am again honored to have this new gallery dedicated to me, I feel as though I have not done enough to deserve all of this." The Mayor and myself keep this banter going a little longer until the party finally starts. I take another sip from my glass, glad that the Press has agreed to leave me alone for most of the night but stressed that the Mayor is not under those same rules. The night is not off to a bad start though. I have to say I was a bit concerned of how this was going to go down being invited as Chat Noir. I was honestly having an okay time, the art that was being displayed in the gallery as of now as truly beautiful. There were many different pieces, most inspiring works with the occasional one that really made you think. The work I found to be most amazing though, not to sound egotistical or anything, was titled "Hero of Paris." It was a painting, the perspective of it though was what really got me. It was as if the viewer were looking upon my from behind on top of the Eiffel Tower. It was looked almost photographic, but at the same time you could see each brush stroke put in. I was taken out of my trance when someone tapped me on the shoulder. It was the Mayor with someone behind him. "Hello again Chat Noir, I am so glad I was able to fine you again. Anyway I have someone here I would like you to meet. Chat Noir this is my daughter Chloe." I look at said girl, she has bright blonde hair and icy blue eyes. She stuck out her hand to me almost as if she was expecting me to kiss it, instead I take it and shake it up and down. "Why its just wonderfur to meet you Chloe." She hides it well in front of her dad but I can tell by her eyes that she is not to happy about the hand shake. I quickly cut the conversation short not really wanting to know what a lovely person his daughter is, so I use the oldest trick in the book. "Please excuse me as I go use the litter box." They back off enough for me to leave and escape what ever torture they were going to bring upon me. I love that I am appreciated, but I want nothing to do with the Mayor or his daughter really. I look around the gallery for a place of quite at least for a moment. I spot a door that appears to lead outside, feeling adventurist I start towards it. When I finally get outside I find out it is a garden. I find and read the credits card of the garden, so it is actually apart of the gallery. No one is out here so you wouldn't really think that, but then again it is kind of cold out and it looks like it could rain any second.  Even in the dark I can see all the flowers in the little area. It is incredibly pretty out here, it's a shame it appears only I am seeing it tonight. As much as I don't want to leave my little world I might want to go back in now. I take a deep breath of the frosted air before returning to the party. I head to the table with the assorted drinks and snacks with no intent on actually grabbing anything. I stand around for a while until I feel someone tap me on the shoulder. "Uh, hi Chat Noir! I'm Rose and I couldn't help but notice that you didn't look too happy so I was wondering if maybe a dance with me would make you feel any better?" I thought it over for a moment, this girl looked sweet and innocent. I could also tell by her voice that she means what she said, so I tell her yes. I have a blast dancing with her I admit, she is incredibly sweet making sure I am happy and having fun. Once the song ends I tell her thank you and we head our separate ways. I head back to the table I was at before only this time I plan on grabbing a drink. "Chat Noir!" I hear my name called so I stop my journey and try to figure out where it came from. It doesn't take too long considering I am suddenly pounced on by the one who called out to me. It was the Mayor's daughter, what was her name again? Chelsea maybe, I'm not sure. "I saw you dancing with that girl who is way less prettier then me and so I thought why don't we dance together! We would be a big deal together, I mean like come on the Hero and the Mayor's daughter the power couple of Paris I can see the head lines now." She lets out some obnoxious giggles and drags me to the dance floor.  She talks through the entire song. The. Entire. Song. I have never wanted to bang my head against a wall more. Not only would she not shut up but she would always say it was my fault when she stepped on my foot! When I finally am able to get us off the dance floor she won't leave my side. I have to think of something to get rid of her, but what?! That's it! "Hey, do you want me to get you a drink?" I smile at her hoping she would take the bait. "I will take a sparkling water with a lemon slice on the rim." I don't even want to punch her, I want to punch myself. With a "You got it" I am out of there. Where do I go now so she won't find me though? The garden! I get the to my destination in no time. I take a sharp breath of the cold air and let out a sigh, sitting on a stone bench. "I am the hero of Paris but at what cost?" I hear a giggle and nearly jump out of surprise. "I have never seen someone leave Chloe so quickly" the mystery person says. That's what her name was! And I danced with her the whole time thinking it was Chelsea. They laugh again, oops I guess I was thinking out loud. "I never thought that the famous Chat Noir would be so so I guess human?" They finish as though they were asking me. "What's that suppose to mean?" I ask as I get a better look at them. It was a girl, in a bright red dress that had black straps and only came to a little above her knees. She look as though she was taking in to deep consideration as to what she was going to say as she sat down next to me. "Well, I mean you are the Hero of Paris. Everyone thinks so much of you, most make you out to be like some kind of godly figure." I laugh at that "Well my Lady, if those who thought that ever actual met me they would be pretty disappointed." She slaps my arm, "Don't say that, how you act in your free time is a lot different then how you act while you are heroing, I am guessing" She added. We talk for a while like this not too serious but not over top casual, you could almost say we are flirting. I am half way through a sentence when she shushes me out of now where. "Oh my god, I love this song!" She nearly knocks me over when she jumps up. "Chat come dance with me!" She smiles at me and I nearly melt. I stand up and take her hand in mine and place my other on her waist. We don't do any actual dance besides swaying but it is still just as nice. We stay in silence but it is nice, with a tender atmosphere. I'm not sure when but at some point during our dance she puts her arms around my neck and I put both my hand around her waist, and we come closer.  As the song comes to the end we look at each other. Her eyes our as blue as the sky on the brightest of days and with that thought we both lean and close the gap that had felt miles long but in reality were only an inch or two. Her lips are warm against mine, even after all this time in the cold. She smells like a bakery, I never thought I would smell something as amazing as she smelt. She tasted of strawberries, I have never been the biggest fan of strawberries but I could eat them everyday if it would remind of this girl. In reality our kiss only last a few seconds but to me a it felt like eons. I look at her, wanting to see all the emotions her face would hold. When she opens her eyes she smiles at me, I have never seen anyone so beautiful. Only her happiness turns into sorrow quickly, "My Lady what's wrong?" I ask want to know what I did. She looks at me smiles sadly once and turn away way. "I'm sorry, this wasn't supposed to happen. I have to go," I hear her gulp as if she was holding back a sob, "Goodbye Chat Noir." She walks away before I can think of any reason for her to stay. "I never even got your name my Lady" I whisper to no one. I sit down once again, I just met this girl but I have already fallen for her, but she left and I have no clue to who she is. What a party this is turning out to be. I sit with my face in my hands until I hear a loud crash and multiply screams. I run back inside to where I see chaos and smoke. I look around searching for any possible hurt civilians as well as the culprit of this madness. The smoke starts to clear and I see a flash of red. Great, she is here. I run towards it and yell out "Ladybug!" The red stops and as the smoke clears I can see it more clearly. The red suit with the black polka dots, she was holding one of the paintings though I couldn't tell which one it was. "Why Kitty! So glad you could join me at this party. I was getting worried you wouldn't show." Something sounded off, this wasn't how she normally talked. "Ladybug why don't you just put the painting back and leave make it easier for the both of us this once." I always say something like this like it would work. "Sorry Kitty, but I really like this piece so I think I'll just leave with it." Never can be easy, can it. I take out my staff and get in a fighting stance, she puts the painting down and follows my lead. She starts the battle, throwing her yo-yo right at my face. I doge and swing my staff at her, I miss. We battle like this back a fourth, the atmosphere growing my tense with each punch thrown. She finally makes a mistake and I take the chance I have to pin her against the wall. "It's over Ladybug, after all we've been through I have finally got you." She only smirks, I can tell she has something up her sleeve so I get ready for anything and everything. Everything except for what she does. Her lips are on mine so sudden that I drop my staff, only she doesn't stop at that. Her arms are around my neck now and it feels as though she is kissing me with everything she has. This kiss is full of fiery passion, almost as if the tension build up before had been sexual. I should stop this and take her away. She should be in jail right now for everything she has done. Only I don't think about doing anything like that. I kiss back with just as much desire, My hands are in her hair, running thru it as though it was their territory. The kiss he had before was tender and sweet, this one was needy and rough. Yet they both were loving every second of it. Chat Noir and Ladybug, the hero and villain of Paris, they were making out when they should have been fighting. The kiss was broken  when they both found out they, sadly, needed air. Nothing was said between them, it was like they were in their own little world. Where heavy breaths and green meeting blue was the only thing that existed. All at once everything came rushing back to them, what they should have been doing, what they had been doing instead. Ladybug back away first "I'll let you off easy just this once Kitty," She said wearing a blush that could match her suit, "Talk of this and you are dead." I didn't know what to do, so I just stood there while the blood continued to rush to my face. Ladybug turned and started to walk away with nothing in hand. Just as she touched the handle to the door leading to the garden though she stopped. "Oh and one more thing, next time there is some big party thing like this. Save me another dance Kitty." And she was gone. My head was still frozen from shock and desire. I hope no one saw that, it is the last thing I need to get around. I start to walk over to the forgot painting. I pick it up and see which one it was. I still can't get my head around it. As I hang the painting back up there is only one thing my mind can focus on. Ladybug tasted like strawberries and with that though still buzzing in my mind I walk away from "Hero of Paris."
