Birthday Bug

Marinette POV
"Happy birthday to you. ." I can't believe Alya actually got everything one to sing to me. Alya what have I ever done to you? "Happy birthday Marinette!" Now everyone knows it's my birthday great. "Happy birthday girl, I hope you don't hate me too much because I do love you and as proof here is your gift" She has a present how can I hate her? "Alya you didn't have to you know, but since you did please gimme." She handed me a little box rapped in red with a black ribbon. Within the box was a little piece of fabric that I have been dying to get, on it said "I have two full rolls in my locker" "OMG OMG OMG," I scream jumping on my best friend, "THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!" I love this girl so much. "Marinette, here you go" I hear Nino say. He had gotten me a little Chat Noir doll. "Thanks Nino" I smile. "Marinette, I actually got you something as well" omg omg omg Adrien got me something. I opened the little bag handed to me and inside were two pairs of hair ties. One pair was red with ladybugs on it while the other was black with cats on it. I smile, these were just what I wanted but I hadn't told anyone I wanted them at least I don't think so "thank you so much Adrien their wonderful." I think I saw him turn red a little. "How did you know I wanted them, I didn't think I told anyone?" He waves off the question pretty fast saying it was just a lucky guess, I can't help but be kind of suspicious. Ha ha maybe he's read my diary, ha no one has read my diary well except for Chat Noir. WAIT! CHAT NOIR HAS READ MY DIARY HASN'T HE! OMG HE TOTALLY HAS! ONE NIGHT I LEAVE MY DIARY UNLOCKED HE COMES OVER AND WE TALK UNTIL I FALL ASLEEP! OMG OMG OMG OMG! Wait a second. I only wrote what I wanted in my dairy. Only Chat Noir has seen my dairy. Adrien got me the gift. Adrien and Chat Noir are one in the same. I LIKE CHAT NOIR! Wait a minute. ADRIEN LIKES ME! I should tell him, but wait he doesn't know that I am Ladybug. I also didn't really want him to know who I was behind the mask. It is also now unfair that I know who he is but he doesn't know who I am. Great. What do I do? I should tell him, no no no. I couldn't do that he would be so sad to see who is really behind the mask. Yet it is unfair that I know and he doesn't and I am all about being fair. This is not what I need right now in my life. I am going to tell him. No I can't I am not brave enough. By now the class had started and the teacher had been babbling for a bit now. I need to tell him before I chicken out. I know I will pass him a note to meet me after class. No I can't do that I would die. You are Ladybug of course you can do this. All you are doing is telling your partner who you are. I can't do that He is going to be so disappointing that is me behind the mask. No he is not he has always said he will love whoever is behind the mask as well,I am worrying over nothing. Yet what if once he knows he doesn't think that way. Okay Marinette, hey just calm down. Think of it this way you are just writing a note that will never actually be sent. There we go, note written, now we just need to pass it to him. I can't, I just can't find the will to do it. I have to find a way. I turn to Alya, I look at her until eye contact is made. I point to the note and then over to Adrien, I can she understands right away. She takes the note from me and throws it right at the back of Adrien's head. I want to die as I see him read the note, I see him give a little nod almost as if he was trying to get me to understand that he agreed to the whole thing. Maybe that is exactly what it was but I have no way to actually find out. Okay he got my note, we are going to meet after school. The only thing I can do now is wait for school to end. 

~~~~~~~~TIME SKIP TO END OF SCHOOL~~~~~~~~~~~~

I look through the window of the classroom and she the golden locks of the boy I need to talk to. I take a deep breath and walk in. I feel so nervous about doing this. I relax a little when I she him smile at me though. "So you wanted to talk Marinette?" Oh god I can't do this I am going to end up dying. No, I have to do this. I need to do this for not only myself but for my partner. "Y-yeah" I weakly stutter out. No I am not going to stutter all this out, I take a deep breath and talk. "I have somethings I want to tell you Adrien, so I am very grateful that you agreed to meet me after school today." Aw yes, great first  sentence. I look to the boy to make sure he is following along, he has taken a seat and is now patiently waiting for me to talk. "Okay, so first off I know you are Chat Noir. It's not that you did bad at hiding you identity, you actual did really good. The only thing is you gave me something that I stated I wanted only to my dairy and only Chat Noir has read that so I was able to connect the dots, so yeah." I stop there, I am glad I got that out, but I am also scared to tell him the rest. "Geez," He stood up, "I'm sorry Princess, I swear I only read that part. It's just I wanted to get you a present but I had no idea what so I thought maybe I could find something in there. I swear though I read nothing big only that." He face was incredibly flushed as he looked down at the floor. I nearly laugh at how cute he is being. "Adrien, It's okay" I state. "I don't feel like it's okay, I mean I put my nose where it didn't belong" Adrien started and he just kind of kept rambling on making it a bit hard for me to keep on talking. "Adrien it is fine- No Adrien I do not hate you- You were trying to be sweet- I mean everyone makes a mistake-" I was starting to get a bit aggravated I was trying my hardest to tell him this and he wasn't giving me a chance. "Princess I am so sorry, I hope you can forgive me for my wrongs, I know I was trying to be sweet but that still gave me no right to-" Now it was my turn cut him off. "ADRIEN AGRESTE, SHUT YOUR MOUTH FOR ONE SECOND AND LISTEN TO ME FOR JUST A BIT." This not only frightened him a bit but I also scared myself a little. Although I now had he full undivided attention. I blushed at his stare. I should have just said it when he was rambling. I shouldn't have shut him up. I just have to go for it. "Adrien, I-I" I stutter badly. "I-I am y-your" This is super hard. Just take a deep breath, you are ladybug for crying out loud. I will do it all in one rushed whisper. Okay in three, two, one "I am your Lady." I couldn't tell if he heard me at first but as soon as I saw his face I knew he had. I know that not matter what happens I will always remember the face he made when I told him the truth.

AAAAAA I am late and I am so sorry, I had most of it done, but I was out most of the day so I had not much of a chance to finish it. I also have decided that before these are published I want to edit it them so they are better too and do not suck so much so yeah (side note the editing for this one might not be too good considering how late it is and how tired I am so sorry about that). I hope you guys enjoyed this one shot and remember if anyone has anything that they want me write just leave a comment stating that and I should get to it so yeah.
