"I'm sorry for that." Michael whispered as I laid my head on his chest. "I never meant to make you feel sad." We were in his house after the encounter we had in which Luke explained everything to him. Michael nuzzled his head with mine as I sighed.

"Nah it's fine." I said unconvincingly. He pushed me a bit and stood up, giving me a cup of warm chocolate. "Thank you."

"You can't be sad for that, you know?" He said, sitting back down again. I nodded, sipping it quietly. "What were you expecting, though?"

I hesitated. "Nothing really." I shrugged. "You mean with my life?"

"No no. With Luke."

"Uh..." I thought about it. I had dreamt countless times of having a date with him, then probably just dating like a normal couple would do, and then we would marry and have kids and I would be happy, because that's all I had ever dreamed of. "We have quiet spoken about that before, Mike."

"It's the same thing about marrying him?" He asked. I nodded, cheeks heating up. He smiled and kissed my head. "Dude, how the fuck were you supposed to marry him when you don't even talk to him."

"I do. And so he says." He smiled at my remark, shaking his head. "But sometimes I feel like it's all my fault since I could have spoken to him more at school."

"You think that?" He asked and I nodded. "Well yes you could, and you did. But let me explain this thing to you; your life is not normal at all. First, you've got the weirdest parents on Earth who spoil you way too much because they have money-" I chuckled, because although my parents were humble, I became stubborn since they gave me and my brother anything we needed, but other times they didn't (90% of the time) "-you have the most awesome cousin who happens to still be one of my best friends and I know him all too well. And you've got two of the most weird yet graceful friends you could ever ask for. And you will always have me. Always." I sighed and nodded, a small smile in my lips. "And well, I might be wrong, but that upcoming baby is good news for you too. Who knows, Charlie! You'll probably get closer to him, or farther. You decide. But over all, make things happen."

"Hi there."

"Hi."

"Stacy told me everything. And I feel bad, okay?" Calum asked reassuringly. I sighed and yelled a yes in the phone, receiving a few weird glances from the people who walked by me. And guess who the fuck happened to be there! Yeah mother fucking Jenna Keegan, with her judging face, and a Chihuahua on her arms. What was an old woman doing at night walking alone with just a dog on her hands?

"Cal, what if I throw Jenna Keegan down a river?"

"You'd go to jail, but then everyone would be so thankful with you for killing the most annoying woman on Earth so they'd bail you out." He answered. I chuckled loudly as the woman passed by my side. And well you see? When there's a small doggy in arms of the devil itself you have to induce that the dog is cursed. But Calum doesn't really helps that much when on the phone so the devil's dog bit my arm. And it's that type of bite where the animal or monster has small little teeth which claw onto your skin. And yeah, it's teeth might be all small and seemingly non dangerous. But they are sharp, and sting like there's venom in them. You can literally feel a weird purple poisonous liquid running through your veins, and you're just about to have a stroke.

"Fucking hell, oh my gosh!" I yelled reacting to the pain. I stopped walking and began coughing. My coughing fit was just probably due to the mental idea that there was some sort of toxin pouring through my system and tearing every living tissue.

"What what?" Calum asked. The old granny turned to me with a fake smile, and tried to run away. But you know that old people can't exactly run (except you Mr. Smith. You were a strong one. RIP), so she sort of walked away but not as slower than always, flailing her free arm. The dog turned back to look at me, and there's when I saw a real life demon. And no it's not red with horns and the size of normal human. It's white and small with little ears and a collar with the name 'Zayn' engraved.
