Stacy came running down the hall into the kitchen where Ashton, Calum, and I sat. She pushed a bunch of papers down the island, and placed her hands sternly on them.
"What is it, cousin? You finally got the cure to this forever menstruation you have?" The three of us glared at Calum, a small giggle coming out of his lips. "I give in." We turned away. "You all have menstruation today. Better find the cure now."
"Shut the hell up, dude." Ashton said pushing Calum's arm. I shushed them both before a fight could begin. Since the day we all were at the hospital, and Ashton and Calum were fighting, they never spoke again. Like yeah, the daily 'hey', and some gratefulness, but never speak like normal humans would do. Aliens. Aliens.
"Yeah shut up." Stacy repeated rolling her eyes. "Back to the point, Luke is the father of the baby-"
"Don't even finish that." Calum interrupted sternly, standing straight. "Whatever you say will be just bullshit to my ears. I have no time to waste."
"Stop being so immature, Calum." She roared back, crossing her arms over her chest. And oh God when she does that. It's probably easy to know what will happen: she will lunge forward and kill the person in front of her, or yell at the top of her lungs like Tarzan would do (including the arms and hands motion of fisting your chest). "Just for once in your life listen to me."
"You're going to be saying pure lies, Stacy!" Calum jawed back. "That's all you ever speak, you bitch!"
"Please stop." Ashton begged, pulling Calum back by the hem of his shirt. "Sometimes it's right to just listen." I nodded, trying to calm both cousins down.
"Jeez, Calum. You begin to act like those Larry shippers." Stacy sassily said. No, Stacy. All of us widened our eyes. She had just touched Calum's favorite thing on Earth: Larry Stylinson. And please don't speak to Calum about that, and less when you're going to insult his unbridled passion for this couple. He would fight anyone for those two. He almost burned Mr. Ludwig's house, the English professor, for saying 'Larry is totally not real' in a school conference. That's how wild our baby Cal could go.
"Say it , Stacy. I dare you. I double dare you." We all knew what he was speaking about. The phrase that made every Larry shipper go cray. Even me.
"Larry is not real! Grow out of your damned diaper and see this world!" Calum lunged forward, fist almost brushing with Stacy's nose. Ashton and I yelled in fear, my cousin quickly pulling Calum back, and me rushing to Stacy's side to hide her.
"No no no!" Ashton yelled panicking even more. "Calum listen to me!" He began, but Calum just shook in his arms. I searched for the camera on my phone and quickly began filming this. It was the most passionate moment ever since Titanic. "Calum listen please. Larry is real, Larry is fake, Larry is life." With that Calum chilled out, head falling backwards. "Larry is pure, Larry is a bed of needles, Larry is an arrow thrown at the heart, and Larry is love. Larry is all that you want it to be. Fuck the world and Stacy with her shitty mouth. Whether Larry is real or not-" Calum squirmed, Ashton quickly holding him back. "-Harry and Louis love each other very much." Stacy clapped, looking at the two idiots.
"Since when a parental discussion became a Larry proof talk?" We all rolled our eyes in unison, Ashton pushing Calum. "You heard me, bunnies. Luke is the father."
"He cannot be, just fucking understand it." I retorted. Ashton and Calum nodded. Calum grabbed the phone from my hands and filmed it himself.
Stacy shook her head and smirked at me. "No." She grinned. "I know you like Luke and stuff, but sometimes you can get delusional, okay?" Calum groaned, rolling his eyes. He tried to speak, but she intervened back again. "You kids don't get this stuff-"
"I'm older than you, I'm not a kid." Ashton articulated, almost slapping her on the face with his words. Oh the shade. She bit her lip, nodded, and furrowed her brows.
"Whatever." She pursed her lips. "There's enough proof now. Ever heard of prenatal paternity test?" We all shook our heads. "Easy, it's this non invasive test where they take DNA from the fetuses and test them. Luke is the father, and I got the papers."
Ashton grabbed the papers from the island, and began reading. In the meanwhile, I bit my lip incredibly hard until I tasted blood. My own blood. Calum pushed Stacy out of the room, and loud shouts could be heard. Ashton finally placed the papers down. He grabbed my hand, thanked everyone in the household, and we drove away.

"Do you want me to call Liz?"
"No dad, don't do that!" I sobbed, pushing him with my bare hands out of the room. "Let me grieve alone, father."
"But I bought you tacos and a dog." What the hell with him? He hated tacos because it brought back hard memories (something to do with his band mates forcing him to eat that everyday), and had terrible allergies to dogs. Funny story, when once Liz arrived to our house with Molly. During that time, dad didn't knew he had allergies to dogs, and didn't knew he would be having allergies to Liz either. I was almost 7 and me and my brother were playing with Molly while Jack helped us put a dress on it. We turned around, and dad was having a coughing fit, eyes bulging out of his face, and cheeks crimson. We took him to the hospital, and discovered he's highly allergic to dogs. And cats. And bunnies. And me.
"Oh my! I'm having a dog!"
"And tacos!"
"And a dog!!"
"And tacos, but yeah. The dog is more exciting."

"How old is it?" Ashton asked petting it. The dog laid on his side, biting at Ashton's shoelace.
I shrugged. "Dad said he was seven years old, or something." He bit his tongue with his brows furrowed.
"How's that? He's 49 years old in human years. He's older than the two of us." I chuckled nodding my head. Michael came with the cupcakes, taking a seat and getting comfortable beside us. We were at Ashton's backyard, chilling out. I had tried to forget about Luke and the kids by spending my last weeks with my friends. It did help. But somehow, I always ended up thinking about him.
"Dude, I've been asking for ages. Do you want tea?" Stacy asked, interrupting my thoughts. I smiled, just nodding then thanking her.
Michael stood up from his chair and asked Stacy, who was standing up. "What's it that I have to do for your mother to like me?" Stacy smiled fondly at him.
"She already likes you." She answered. Michael shook his head, biting his cupcake again.
"I want her to like me as more than just the kid who hangs around with her daughter." Ashton and I spat out the tea, Michael gasping at us. Stacy's smile vanished, and she bit her lip.
"I don't know I-"
"You can speak to her. Stacy you're a really cool person. I'm considering you as my best friend you know. Stacy can't you see, you're just not the girl for me. I know it might be wrong, but I'm in love with your mom." Stacy looked at him with disappointment. Stacy was not one to cry for a boy. Never. Whenever a guy broke her heart, she would act all though, and promise everyone that she would break their heart back. But not this time.
