"But why do you feel that way?" He asked sternly, eyes still trying to decipher my soul. I shrugged and walked a bit further away, the cuffs restraining me from moving away from him. "I swear-"

"Shut up, Luke." He began walking with me, his free hand tugged at the roots of his hair. "We all feel some sort of ironic hate for someone and-" I can literally imitate the sound he did. A loud girly shriek followed by a loud thud. And I did exactly the same thing. I felt a weird pang on my wrist, so I tried to move it but it didn't even bulk. I quickly looked at where the other side of the cuff led me to. I looked at Luke and saw him down a drain, face amused with a huge smile on his face that led him to tears.

"Does it hurt too much?"

"A lot." I groaned, closing my eyes. "A lot is a whole lot."

"Alright." Calum cooed, holding our cuffed hands. I turned to look at Luke and saw his teared up eyes, and painful expression. "I already called the ambulance, and Kiera noticed from inside the restaurant."

"Dude..." Luke responded, head falling to the side. "It's bad for our baby that she gets stressed out."

Calum nodded lightly, looking at Luke with worry. "Yeah, I sent her home. I also called Stacy for the key to the cuffs. She's coming right now." I nodded, letting the tears spring out of my eyes. We were still just in front of the restaurant, sitting on the curve of the street. And people passed and looked at us with unpleased expressions and disgusted faces. And how not? I had a sprained wrist with a huge, bloody wound and Luke had a broken leg. "I also called your cousin, Charlie." I nodded. Although me and Ashton had had the fight about two weeks before, I preferred Calum called him over my parents.

Ashton parked his car a few yards away from where we sat, and quickly sprinted towards us. He had a worried face, hands hovering his cheeks.

"What happened?" He asked, squatting down in front of me. "And you still have your hands locked?" We nodded, Luke placing his head on my shoulder. I knew it was harmless fun. Just- just laying your head besides the closest person. That's it. But oh for me. For me was different. Something I dreamt about for ages. I got teary eyes just thinking about it. Ashton smiled sympathetically and placing a kiss on my knee. Calum smiled at me with tears in his eyes. I furrowed my brows in confusion. It was my moment. MY MOMENT!!! Not his moment to be crying, but then he said:

"I'm sorry. I just get emotional when big things happen in your life." Luke's head shot up, and he turned to me. I knew why he did that. The admission letter, moving to California, and not telling anyone but him and my parents.

"There's something big happening for all of us." Luke remarked. I shook my head while looking at him. If he mentioned the admit ion letter, he'd be death. Tears began rolling down his cheeks. "And good things are part of that, too."

And good things are part of that too.

"You're going to be fine, it's okay." Stacy repeated, finally opening the lock. Luke moved his hand from side to side with a huff. Then turned to me.

"Does it hurt too much?" Luke asked. I bit my lip, and kept hiding my face on the crook of Ashton's neck.

"It does." I hissed. Ashton hugged me back, and whispered nice words of encouragement.

"If it helps in any way... My foot hurts worse than yours." He said. I chuckled, cleaning my tears with the other hand. The doctor came into the hospital room, and he began blabbering about how stupid we were and asking why we had cuffs on, and if he must consider calling the police to which we all screamed 'NO!'. And although I totally hated hospitals, I kind of began liking it by the sole fact of being with them.

The doctor placed a wide bandage to my injuries after doing the same with Luke. And after an hour or so, he left. Ashton was helping me stand up, as well as Stacy. Calum on the other side, handed Luke his crutches. But before any of us could leave, he screamed something along the lines of 'I'm sorry can you all wait?' or 'I'm worry can you allow it?' Either way...

"I have to tell you all something." He sighed. Ashton placed an arm over my shoulders while I gulped. "Uh... We've thought about this with Kiera-"

"The baby was not a baby but a dog? I fucking knew it!" Ashton yelled, all of us glaring intensely at him.

"No." Luke said shaking his head. "We're getting married."

A combination of the cold soda I had drank at the restaurant and the bacon I had in the morning made its way into my throat. And like all those times I saw Luke with a girl kissing, or imagined him with an obviously better girl than me... I puked. I puked all over him for the second time in the week.

And I realized it then. I'm love sick. All those times I've puked are due to Luke. He was P(L)uke.
