Who To Blame

He always run to go hide,

He can't see that it's all inside.

He will never be the same,

And who was left to take the blame?

He heard them fighting in the other room,

He heard a scream and then the boom.

Nobody knew what happened that day,

It all got quiet you could say.

It got quiet after the shout,

He never saw his mom walk out.

Nobody took the time to try,

They didn't want to hear him cry.

He knows in his heard who to blame,

His dad is all he says and claims.

One man who did the unthinkable crime,

Now he will sit and do the time.
