Why hold onto the past,
You and him would never last.
You need to let him go,
It will hurt this I know.
Never will he disappear or go away,
It will hurt more and more everyday.
I don't know how you're staying sane,
I can see you're in so much pain.
You have to learn to let him go,
One day soon you will know.
In the end just wait and see,
If you don't you'll hurt as bad as me.
