JLO: SAWS THE NEWS ON TV oh honey, I can explain.

JAKE: no! RUNS OUT

JLO: FOLLOWS JAKE OUTSIDE jake get back inside.

JAKE: never! I'm leaving!

JLO: damn it RUNS IN THE HOUSE AND PICKS UP THE PHONE AND CALLS CASPER hey, I might not make it tonight.

CASPER: it's okay babe, next time though.

JLO: umh, PAUSES

CASPER: right?

JLO: yeah. HANGS UP

JLO HAS NO IDEA WHERE JAKE COULD'VE BE AT RIGHT NOW,IT'S ABOUT 2 IN THE MORNING AND SHE HASN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM HIM. THEN SHE DECIDED TO GO TO SLEEP.THE NEXT MORNING MARK CAME HOME, CUZ JLO TOLD HIM ABOUT JAKE'S RUN AWAY.

MARK: where could my son be at this point?

JLO: he ran out, you know, after finding out about me and casper. And it wasn't that good of story.

MARK:it broke he's heart, like mine, how can you do this to me and most importantly, to the kids.

JLO: really? Really? Mark, so I'm the bad guy here huh? Don't forget all those words you said to me in south america, try really hard to understand that this is my life.

MARK: I understand, well, I guess I'll just try to find jake before I go to NYC

JLO: please do. And try not to talk about me in the way that you would.

LATER THE DAY JLO HAD A BUSINESS MEETING IN THE TOWN AND SHE HAD TO BE ON THE SET FOR THE SHOOTING OF THE FASTERS. NOW SHE'S ON THE SET WITH ALL THE CASTS BUT JAKE IS MISSING. JLO WENT INTO THE OFFICE.

MAIA: KNOCKS ON THE OFFICE DOOR

JLO: come in, oh hey Maia?

MAIA: hi, can I ask you something?

JLO: where's jake?

MAIA: yeah..how'd you know that I was gonna ask you that?

JLO: umh I noticed how you looked around for him. SMILES

MAIA: LAUGHS you're right, so where's he?

JLO:he had somethings to do, so in this case ..

SOMEBODY COMES IN

JLO: oh god jake? You made it.

JAKE: of course, I won't let you down, I know how much this show means to you.

JLO: we need to talk.

JAKE: no we don't anymore.

MAIA: I guess I would just wait for you out there.

JAKE: okay SMILES

JLO: where did you sleep last night, and why didn't you answer my phone calls or your dad's?

JAKE: should I care about any more? Cuz all I care about is my sister and brother. Because neither of my parents cared about us. TEARS IN HIS EYES.

JLO: that's not true. We love you all so much, and I was gonna tell you soon.

JAKE: ya right, it's too late.

JLO: I didn't want you to find it out that way. But your father and I decided to be apart for good.
