I left looking at her driving away from the gate. I'm fucked up and I'm never going to find another beautiful, understanding and nice girl like her. Well, Maia is all that, but for a second, she's just my co-star, and I really never had any love feelings about her at all. Maia and I are just friends.
I went into my room and cried myself to sleep. by the time I woke up it was already 6pm. I picked up my phone and about to call my girlfriend, then I remembered that she dumped me. that made me angrier than my parents' divorce. Then I heard noise downstairs. laughter and more talking. I didn't care, then my mom walked into my room.
Mom:jake? are you awake?
I groaned and not talking at all.
Mom:you look sad and mad. what's up?
Me:janette dumped me *I let tears run down*
Mom:why, what happened?
Me:she thinks that I had feelings for another chick.
Mom:who?
Me:some girl... you don't know her, so she got mad and the rest went on quick *I CRIED MORE* this is terrible, I'll never love anyone like I loved her.
Mom:I can't bare seeing you like this, I'll call her.
Me:no, don't, she will hate me even more. Don't bother.
Mom:your dad told me about your driving incident, is it true?
Me:yeah...I've been driving since 16.im sorry for lying all these years.
Mom:grandpa taught you didn't he?
Me:yes ma'am...and dad would be here later to yell at me.
Mom:no, he won't, I talked to him and let him know that I'll talk to you.
Me:thanks *I RUBBED MY EYES*
Mom:baby you don't look so good, I know that things would never be better unless you overcome that breakup.
Me:I will not give up, I'll fight to keep her. I love her.
Mom:*SHE HUGGED ME TIGHT* what can I do for you?
Me:just hold me tighter
MOM:*SHE MADE A SAD FACE FOR HOW SORRY SHE FEELS FOR ME, THEN SHE HUGGED ME TIGHTER* I love you, and I know she loves you too.
Me:not anymore, she said that she can't take my lies any more.
Mom:just calm down and call her tomorrow.
Me:I will.
