Camila's POV

I had no idea what I had just walked into I could feel the heat coming off of Lauren from a foot away. Her eyes held so much anger but at the same time fogged with grief. When she walked off with Lucas Chris made it over to his mother's side, judging from the way she was holding her face Lauren slapped her. Then I went to thinking what could have been so bad it pushed Lauren to slap her mother. I assumed she had talked to her about what that guy said to her at the airport maybe it was all true.

"Mom what's going on?" Chris asked Clara. "I haven't seen Lauren that angry in a while."

"It's nothing Chris." She said.

"It's not nothing mom, what happened." Taylor demanded.

"I'm not discussing it with the two of you." She said.

I walked up to them. "Then discuss it with me, my wife is upset and I need to know why. She wants me to kick you out of our house and I know it has to be for a good reason." I said wanting answers.

"Why don't you go and ask your wife then Camila?" She says snidely.

I have never seen her this way before and I did not like it she seems like a completely different person.

"Your right I will, I suggest you get your things and leave Clara." I said as politely as I could.

"You're no good for my daughter you little bitch, I ran a background check on you I know you're a drug addict and it's only a matter of time before you go back to your old habits." She said harshly.

It stung her words but I kept it together. "Either you leave my home right now or I call the police one out of the two." I optioned.

"Don't worry, I'll leave." She said leaving the kitchen.

I turn to look at Chris. "Can you make sure she leaves Chris, you and Taylor are more than welcomed to stay I just need her gone. I don't want Lauren getting anymore upset if she lingers around."

"Yeah I'll make sure she leaves." He said and followed after his mother.

Sofi and Taylor came up to me and Taylor spoke. "You think Lauren's going to be okay?" She asked.

"I don't know Tay I have never seen your sister that mad before and I think she's even more upset that Lucas had to see it."

"My mom was way off I have never seen her like that before, I'm sorry about what she said to you Mila that was completely out of line."

"You don't have to apologize for her Taylor it came from her lips not yours." I told her.

"Kaks you should check on Lauren." Sofia said.

"Yeah you're right, but if I know my wife she's going to want to talk to Lucas first. He saw what Lauren did and he's going to be confused."

I decided to let Lauren have her time with Lucas before I talked to her, I know she was crushed that he seen her slapping her mom. Lucas thought the world of Lauren and was very much drawn to the green-eyed beauty; Lauren's affection toward our eldest son was uncanny. I could tell she over compensates for how she treated him the first couple months of his life.

Lauren's POV

I was sitting on the bed in Lucas's room he was on my lap, what he just witness really upset him and I felt extremely guilty for letting my anger get the best of me. I didn't even realize I was slapping her until my hand made contact with her cheek. I shouldn't have fucking hit her and Lucas should have never saw me like that.

Sitting here with Lucas and finally being able to calm down and really think about what was just exchanged between the both of us. The severity of what she done weighed on me heavily and a flood of emotions came rushing to me. I was devastated by the things she told me and how she seemed to think that everything she did was completely acceptable. She was twisted and deceitful the things she done to me were unheard of.
