Chapter 3 (What if?)

*HARRY'S POV*

I immediately jumped out my car to see if she was okay! She just lay there, in a dress full of blood, she didn't move. What the hell did i do? More and more people came looking what happend. More and more people started to recognize me. I dragged her into my car, she's unconscious. Instead of helping me, people were taking pictures! I drove to the hospital as fast as i could. When i arrived there i took her out of my car and carried her to the emergency. She looked so peaceful in my arms. 

"Please, can i get some help?!"

"Sir what happend?"

"I.. Euh.. I hit her with my car."

"Bring her here please."

I put her on a bed and the doctor started to do a control. She can't die! She was so beautiful, if i paid attention on the road, this never happened! It's all my fault. I hope she isn't injured too bad. I can already see the pictures of me in the paper "Harry Styles hits girl with his car". That sounds so selfish, but it's the truth. Suddenly Liam texted me.

Liam:"Where are you? You have to come NOW!"

"We can handle it, you can come visit her this afternoon." The doctor told me. I had to go to the studio, i gave her one last look. "I'm coming back, don't worry"  

"Here is my number, if something happens or you want to know something, you can call me." I gave my number to the doctor and went back to my car. While i was driving to the studio my head was going crazy. I kept thinking about her and what would happend if i did pay attention on the road. I felt so guilty. 

"YOU DID WHAT?" All the boys screamed together. "Yeah, i know, i was already late and i was texting you Liam that i was on my way and i.. I just didn't saw her.." I said with a trembling voice. "Well, good publicity for us if it's in every paper tomorrow." Louis snapped. "Stop it! I know, can we just start now?" It didn't worked out today, i just couldn't. I was making money while that girl was probably fighting for her life.. How could i? "C'mon Harry concentrate!" Niall told me.

"I can't.."

"I know it's hard, but you can't do anything about it anymore."

"I have to go see her."

"You can't do anything there, the doctors are trying to save her, you can't do that."

He was right, i couldn't to anything there, i would just get in their way. We worked really hard today, the album is done. "Guys, i'm leaving already, see you later." I said. "Where are you going?" Zayn asked confused. "I need to see her." I closed the door and drove back to the hospital. When i arrived the visiting was already over. I walked inside and went to the lady behind the desk. "Harry..? What do you do here?" The girl asked confused, she probably recognized me. "Hi, i want to visit someone, if that's possible." I asked quiet. "Normally we can't do this, but okay.. Can you tell me him/her name?" She asked. "No.. I don't know her name. I've brought her here this morning." I answered. "Oh well.. Come with me, we'll go find her." I walked after her and explained what happend. She walked with me to a special section. We walked past some rooms when i suddenly saw a girl with beautiful long brown hair. I immediately stopped "That's her". I walked inside, smiled at the girl from the desk and closed the door. I stood in front of her bed. It was weird seeing her with all those machines. She had a big scar on her forehead, she was full of bruises. And that all because of me, i ruined her. She just lay there, was she sleeping? I didn't dare to say something, i was scared to wake her up. Suddenly the doctor walked in.

"What do you still do here?"

"Euhm, i'm just back from the studio, i had to see her.."

"I understand, but can you come back tomorrow? Rose is not doing good."

So her name is Rose, what did i do to her..

"What's wrong?"

"She's in a deep coma, without an operation there's a chance she don't wake up anymore. "

"But she can wake up without an operation?"

"We don't know.. At some point, we can't save her anymore."

"But you have too !"

"Her parents can't pay the operation, so we don't know. I'm sorry."

"I'll pay it, i have to! I can't let her die!"
