Love Bond -Act III-

Will

My head hurts.Why isn't my sister answering the door.

Groaning I got out of bed I wore my glasses and went downstairs to open the door,there stood Maya with a scowl.

I cleared my throat,"hey there."

Once she heard my voice her expression softened,"Will,are you alright.You look sick." She took my face in her hands as she did a weird facial check-up.

I gently pulled her hands away,"Im fine.Get in,I dont want our neighbours to see my pajamas."

She smirked looking at my Pjs,what its comfortable.

Instead of walking in the living room Maya went straight upstairs towards my room and I followed.My mom isn't around that much and my dad sadly passed away a few years back.That reminds me,where is my sister.Probably at her friends.

I saw Maya on my bed looking at nothing in particular,"You okay Maya?"

She blinked,"Yeah just spaced out for a while.Anyways,why didnt you go to school today?"

I wasn't able to attend school due to me getting fatigue all of a sudden,it started when I saved that white lady.Usually I'd get drained and tired but this is getting worse.My head still hurts.

I suddenly felt dizzy and swayed abit but Maya immediately ran to me and grabbed my arms."You should sit down will."

I nodded and layed back down on my bed,"I dont know what wrong.My head hurts alot."

"Headache?" I shook my head,Maya then slowly neared me and leaned down.

I gulped,is she going to kiss me?

Then she pressed her forehead against mines,her face just inches from my face.

She isn't going to kiss me.

I took this advantage to study her facial features,her long lashes and cute pointy nose.Her heart-shaped face and those pink pouty lips.

She smiled and her cheeks flushed as she fluttered her eyes.

"Sorry.My mom use to do this before to see if I got the cold." She was now seating next to my side.

I grabbed her hand,"You're blushing."

She smiled sheepishly,"Whatever."

My door was suddenly flunged open by my sister,"Hey will...oh hello maya."

Maya waved,"Hi alice."

"Well Mom is coming home late,so make yourself dinner.I'm going on a date."Alice nodded curtly at Maya before departing.Atleast she's civil when Maya's around.

"Well if its not a cold lets just pretend you got a major headache." Maya said pointing at my head.

I rubbed my temples trying to relive the pain,I already took two pills of abrufin,"Its okay.Lets talk about something."

She grinned and jumped on my bed sitting infront of me with her legs crossed,"You do know what's next week,right?"

I furrowed my eyebrows as I sat up,"exams."

She laughed,"NO! Its your birthday!"

"Okay."

"Wow.For someone who's birthday's coming up you sure sound so excited." She remarked sarcasitcally.

I patted her head affectionaly,"Its just a birthday.And besides I alwasy spend it with you anyways.So why make a big deal all of a sudden?"

"Well its's your 18th birthday,and this year we will have more people to celebrate it with!" She clapped her hands excitely.
