That picture is my new favourite thing I'm not even kidding

Dan and I make our way into the fairly large gym before anyone else does really, there only being five or six in there before us.

After about ten minutes or so, the rest of our class finally make their way inside and the teacher announces our plan for the day. "Alrighty, so, first we'll start off with just a little jog around the gym one or two times just to get you all warmed up. After that, we're going to have a little game of American football. Try not to be too rough." She looks directly at me as if she's hinting at something. I nod, not really knowing what else to do. "Alright, now get going!" She exclaims, shooing us off.

I start to jog around the gym fairly quickly since, well, you know, and Dan struggles to keep up with me. "Dear Jesus, Phil, slow down!" Dan pants, placing a hand on his chest. I chuckle slowing a bit.

"Oops, sorry about that." He smiles up at me a bit as if to say thank you and I smile back down at him.

After a couple laps, the PE teacher yells at us to stop and form a line. She selects to team captains, Marcus and Joe. They play rock, paper, scissors to figure out who's going to pick first, Marcus being the winner. He doesn't even hesitate before saying "Phil." I nod a bit shyly, walking to stand next to him. Joe soon picks later.

"Caspar"

"Anthony"

"Pj"

"Chris"

"Ian"

"Felix"

"Tyler"

"Troye"

"Connor"

And finally, last but not least, Marcus picks the last person. "Dan". I mean, I don't personally think I'd pick Dan right off the bat without knowing him either. I don't mean to be hateful or rude, but he does looks rather fragile; Deep brown hair in ringlets adorned with a crown of flowers, a soft pink t-shirt that's a bit too big, baby blue shorts that come up to his mid-thigh, his somehow, by some miracle, un scuffed white converse, and not to mention how small he is.

Putting all that aside, we all get into our assigned positions, myself being placed as wide receiver because of my speed and my ability to easily elude people. (A.N.-I don't actually know that much about football so please correct me if I write something incorrect) Dan was the right guard, meaning we was guarding me. Marcus gets into his position as quarterback and we begin playing.

He gets the ball snapped to him by the centre, looking around for a second before passing to me and, of course, I catch it easily. I take only a second to scan everyone and everything before taking off at only three quarters of my full speed, just over the border of human. As I expected, my senses immediately heighten, my vision narrowing in on the empty spaces and hearing sharper. Dan, of course, can't keep up, causing him to trail far behind me.

I smirk a bit to myself, flowing like liquid between everyone, speeding up slightly if they're closing in on me. I manage to make it to the touchdown line within ten seconds and I cheer a bit, everyone coming up to congratulate me and I can see some are even scared to be around me.

What a life I have.

Anyway, Dan makes his way up to me with a large smile, engulfing me in a hug. "Phil, you did it!" A chorus of gasps can be heard. No one touches Phil Lester, let alone hug him. No one. I chuckle a bit and hug him back, causing another round of gasps.

"Thanks, Dan," I say with a smile. Now that must be another rare thing for me as I start to hear people whispering.

"Is Phil okay? He actually seems...happy."

"Must be that Daniel kid. Rearranged his mind or something."

"Holy shit, he's actually letting him touch him"

Dan shrinks into me shyly, speaking quietly. "Phil, what's going on?" I sigh lightly, keeping him in my arms as I speak back softly.

"Most of these people have never seen me happy in months, let alone touch anyone. That's it" He nods slightly before looking up at me with a smile.

"I make you happy?" I smile back at him, nodding. He giggle lightly before hugging me tighter, reasons unknown to me. I smile more, gently kissing the top of his head.

Maybe now would be a good time to ask.

A.N.-Ooh, cliffhanger because I'm mean like that
