Fire
(Taylor's Perspective)
As I'm walking down the mountain I start to smell smoke. I begin to see ash float down from the wind landing onto the ground below me. My lungs start to burn from the smoke and I start coughing. I try to cover my mouth with my hands but it's no use and I begin to cough harder now.
The heat begins to get hotter and hotter as I see flames burning the tops of the tree's all around me. I see bright orange flames all around me.
Where do I go?!
I try to walk back from where I came but the fire spread too quickly and is now covering the dry grass way in a wall of flames.
Small embers or the fire start to land on my burning my soft flesh, "Ahhh!!" I yell out in pain.
The smoke from the fire start to burn my eyes and my vision is starting to blur. I try to run away as fast as I could my feet burning from stepping onto embers landing on the grass.
I rip off one of the fabrics from my dress and cover my mouth with it to try to protect myself from the smoke. But it's no use my lung are still burning and I'm coughing like crazy.
I try to run down a pathway that doesn't have that much fire around it to try to get to safety. As I'm running up the hill I slip and fall a bit from the soft dirt but I get back up and continue to climb up the mountain.
Suddenly a big branch from a tree lands in front of me, I scream in fear as it lands with a loud crash as more flames burn off from it going up high into the air. I run back down the mountain and try to get to safety.
As I'm continue to walk it's getting harder and harder to breathe. My vision is getting blurry and I'm getting light headed. I start to see black dots but try to push through.
Suddenly I collapsed onto the ground with a loud thud.
