Zelda grabbed the raven feather, seeing the fine details that it possessed. A raven landed, giving her a startle. "Naughty, naughty, little one. Where's your master or you don't have one, aren't you? she petted the small bird. "Well I see you've found my pet raven. Come here, my darling pet.," a voice commanded the bird. Zelda freaked out a bit when it almost hit her face, and turned to see a young male exactly the same age as Link, but dressed in black, feeding his raven. The male glanced at the young lady, calm and peaceful. "My apologies, milady for my pet. He can be, how you say, aggressive, when he's about to have his meal.," he released his bird, heading toward Zelda, removing her hood that concealed her face. "Well, your apology's accepted, but who are you?," Zelda removed her cloak from her body and holding it by her arm. "Where are my manners? So sorry for startling you as well. You see, I'm known as the very lord of this castle. It's been in my family for centuries, from generation to generation, but never in all my life, I've ever glanced at true love and beauty. For now, of course, call me Milord, Princess of Hyrule, Zelda.," Milord ignites a flame from his palm, releasing a black rose, placing it within Zelda's brunette hair. Zelda gazed into Milord's ruby eyes, full of sorrows and woes,"You were heartbroken? I can see it your eyes." "My, what a mere hell of a princess you are. That 'tis very true. By many women who were to my wife, each one perishing after the next by poisoning or murder." Zelda shedded a minor tear. "Yet, you weep for my grief. By all the angels of Heaven and Hell, I didn't know why. Sadly, just to recollect them, my heart creates these paintings to remind me of these ladies.," Milord came close to Zelda, clasping his hands with Zelda's. "I'm so sorry for all those women. Even though, I believe I didn't tell you my name, did I?," Zelda looked away for a minute, then back at the young man. "No, I already know who you are, milady. Zelda, Princess of Hyrule, such a magnificent name. That name has been passed down ever since the dawn of time, correct?," Milord inquired. Zelda became surprised. She didn't even tell Milord her name! "How did he know me so quickly? We only met a few minutes ago.," she thought while walking back. "What's the rush, milady? You seem surprised.," Milord desisted the young woman in her tracks, giving her a startle. Zelda hesitated, keeping silent as a mouse, then replied,"i just need to spend the night here. That's all. Do you have a room I can stay in for the night?" Milord smiled, not displaying his teeth. "As you wish, milady.," he kissed her hand, then noticed a small cherry blossom on her finger, hand made. "You desire nature, I see by knowing the blossom on your ring finger." Zelda looked down and smiled,"Yes. I made it when I was young, using my magic to keep it healthy. My mother taught me before she perished when I was nine years old. It's my last memory of her. Whenever I see it, it think of all my childhood memories and I always know she's with me 'til I move on." Milord came close to her ear, whispering,"Designation can be beautiful, but dangerous and crafty if not careful. But, all that aside. Care for a meal? I see your starving for a bite. Shall we?" Zelda looked at her stomach, then giggled. "I believe it's a yes. Come to my room. My tailor will fix that dress you have on. You wait here.," Milord went toward the stairs toward his room, leaving the Princess of Hyrule alone, only accompanied by the candlelight and rustic paintings. "I've seen many people in my life, including Link, but this one seems quite a male.," she thought, scanning all the paintings, but stopped to sight a raven hued pearl on a pillow. "A pearl?," Zelda walked toward the pearl, seeing only her reflection. her crest glowed while she glanced, then the pearl lighted up, seeing a vista of Hyrule. "I wonder how Link's doing?," she thought, but accidentally activated the raven hued orb, viewing Link, playing his ocarina from his descendant, making her smile. Her crest glowed again, turning the pearl off, sensing someone coming. Zelda turned quickly, but no one was in her sight. She backed away toward the window, then immediately tuned to see Milord behind her back, causing her to fall into his arms. "What're you up to, you little rascal of a lady? Playing around with my orb? Seeing your beautiful country filled in the darkness of night?," Milord whispered cunningly. Zelda kept silent. "Never mind. Your dress is ready and dinner is almost served. Come. You must be prepared for tonight.," Milord licked Zelda's neck, making her cringe in fear. "Milord,I need to inquire you for a moment.," Zelda turned, and no sign of him came to her. She sighed, and looked her dress, colors of the snow. "I just wonder who he is...," she thought, taking her dress to a dressing room.
