Joel's POV
It had been two months since mom's death. I'm only 13. It's time for the winter jam tour nobody feels like doing it but we can't let the fans down. I have to fill mom's shoes. This tour it's For King&Country, Colton Dixon, Everfound, Skillet, Andy Mineo, Family Force 5, Tobymac, Jeremy Camp, Stars go Dim, and About a mile with speaker Willie Robertson. How am I supposed to do this. We were at our first show.
"Why don't you wear this?"  Uncle Joel asked. It was a white v-neck, black and red jacket, red skinny jeans, and black converse. I put it on and walked out.
"Don't forget this Joel." Uncle Luke said. I put on the priceless necklace.
"You look just like your mom." Joel said trying not to cry.
"I wore the coat, then your mom, and now you." He said.
"Don't cry uncle Joel." I said.

When we went to preform. We first did mom's favorite song Proof of your Love. Then others. When we got back stage it was everyone who knew mom.
"She'd be so proud of you." Jacob said. My friend Jesse daughter of lead singer of Skillet ran up to me. She hugged me.
"Great job Joel!" She said. Dad stood at the end. His eyes were wet.
"Your mom would be so happy to see you know. All grown up." He said hugging me.
