Today was a Saturday and it was Olivia's first date with Alex. Becca kept begging her to go out with her but she decided to blow her off.. After all there would be plenty of times right?
They met at the cinema around Lunch time and watched a film called Love always prevails.
They sit at the back of the cinema. Olivia looks at Alex. "Who chose this movie again?."
Alex looks unsure whether to look offended. "I did.. I asked you out remember so by rights I get first dibs on the film."
Olivia giggles "I'm toying with you silly!.. It's a good film but I'm definitely choosing next time.,"
He shrugged "Why would I let you do that when I can choose the crappy films and do this to you in the dark?."
He leans in and kisses her. As he breaks free from the kiss she looks at him. "You may just have a point.."
He laughs and they spend the entire time of the movie cuddled in each other's arms.
After the movie they head into town where there was a fair on. They have the most amazing time.
Alex looks at Olivia. "Wait here.. With your eyes closed."
She looks at him suspiciously. "Uh..Why?."
He grins at her "You'll see."
So she closes her eyes and as she does he guides her to a nearby market stall. He grabs the balls that lie in front of him and throws it at 3 cans on top of each other.
He succeeds on the first attempt and he points to the big massive Bear holding a heart. He thanks the man and takes the Bear.
He then turns to Olivia. "Okay.. Now open your eyes."
Olivia's eyes widen. "Oh my god Alex.. You didn't have to do that.."
He grins "I wanted to.,"
She laughs kissing him. "Well I love it.. Thank you."
He grins "You're welcome.. Any time you want me to be your knight in shining armour just ask.. It's only fair after your rescue attempt the other day."
She hits him playfully. "Hey! It wasn't an attempt it was a success.. And I just might take you up on that."
He bites his lip jokily. "Uh oh.. Why have I got the feeling it might include Valerie and I live to regret it.."
She hits him playfully. "Oh shut up.. You moron!."
They laugh and giggle the whole way home with a bear and some candy floss.. It's fair to say it was the best first date ever..
