Kristie's POV
I was scared out of my mind and the fact that my ex was threatening me didn't help. Me, Avi and Mitch were trying to find Scott and Kevin. We searched everywhere but we couldn't find them. Scott came running towards us and almost knocked me over. Avi had the lantern and it almost broke.
"Scott! Thank goodness you're here! Where's Kev?" Mitch said worrying.
"I don't know. Something grabbed him and pulled him somewhere."
Avi looked like he was about to cry. Kevin is his best friend, and it made him hurt even more to think about what happened to him. Scott gave me a side hug and asked me if I was okay. Then we heard a weird rustling noise. Scott turned pale and I screamed. They looked at us like we were crazy.
"Oh, my gosh! Mitchie! Avi! Look behind you!"
