Amara POV.
He reached his hand out and I grabbed it, he helped me up.
"Thanks." I said.
"Your okay, nobody deserves that."
"I c-" I said until my mom cut my off.
"Motherfucker I know you didn't put hands on my boyfriend!"
She pulled out her mini pistol and aimed it at me.
"Mom put the gun down!" I said with pure hatred in my voice. she held us and gunpoint then she shot, I looked around and August was on the ground clutching his arm and leg.
I screamed help why my mom and step-dad was running off. august soon then passed out.
I tried to get August back in the hospital but his friend Tyrell got him up and carried him back in there.
-Time skip 2 weeks-
I was in the mall shopping for the show I got tonight.
Buying me some sexy lingerie.
I headed to the food court to get me some ice cream, I got an Oreo blizzard.
I was walking out heading to my car all of a sudden a towel went over my mouth and nose.
