HER
I walked home with frustration. I opened the door and see, Mommy, Daddy and Ashton.
Ashton hugged me, tightly. So tight as if it represents his sadness.
"Sophie.." Mommy held my hand. I don't know why.. At this moment.. I hate my mom!
"We need to talk." Daddy's voice sounded so serious.
"Mommy has someone else. You and mommy, are getting divorced!" Tears in my eyes, I just couldn't control myself no more.
"Sophia Grace." Daddy looked at me in the eyes.
"What daddy? That's the truth! I overheard your conversation. Why mom?" I cried.
"Because I don't feel happy with dad." Mom tried to touch me, but all I do was move 3 steps away from him.
"For 23 years and you're unhappy?! For fuck's sake!" I wipe my tears. No..
And here I am in my room, writing this journal, expressing my feelings.
I was at the park earlier.
He was there, next to me. He gives me a mineral water.
All he said was he was sorry and I'm not sure why?
Did I look so pathetic just now?
Knock..knock..!
"Come in!" I close my journal and sat on my book nook.
My brother, Ashton Michael walks into my room.
"Sophia Grace."
"Ashton Michael." I hug him tightly.
Ashton cried, I cried too.
"I'm sorry."
I know how he feels. He feels guilty.
"Ash? Sophie?" My little brother, Eric Michael walks in and hug both of us.
"Why is mommy leaving us? Is it because I am too naughty?" His eyes turns teary.
"No, Eric. It's just..." I looked at Ashton.
"Mommy is leaving for good. And I'll move back here." Ashton says. And I know how Eric feels.
"We are here. We can go to the park and play."
I convinced him.
He smiled and left.HIS
I feel horrible for treating her like that.
But... I will try to talk to her soon
And there's a knock on my door.
"Alex?" Mom.
"Yeah?" I greet her with a smile, Dr. Turner
"Are you joining us for dinner? You seems busy." She sat next to me.
"I will. Mom?" I stop her.
"Yes, Alex?" Her green eyes shine, looking at me.
"I... Nothing." I couldn't tell her about what I feel. About the girl I like.
"Okay." Mom said and close the door behind her.
