That summer she moved. Leaving me behind with no one.

One day at lunch our normal table was filled and when i got out of the lunch line, none of my friends at the table would move. I was forced to sit by myself at the table in the corner. After 5 minutes of me eating alone at the table, 2 of the girls at our table moved to sit with me; only because they felt bad about me sitting alone.

5th grade ended up being my least favorite school year other than the last. Lia and I have barely talked. The occasional "hey whats up?" was the only thing keeping us friends for a while. As for

6th grade passed quickly when i met some friends. Emma was smart, nice, sarcastic as hell, and someone who forgave easily. That last part was something i figured out the hard way. Kathy was loud, bubbly, smart, the kind of person that you wanted to be around, and one who could always keep a conversation going. A few people i had come close with but not as much as these two. They brought me out of my slump and soon i wasn't moping around the halls waiting for the day that i could leave. Well i still wanted to leave but the urge wasn't as strong.

7th grade is where a lot of things turned around for me. Amelia and i were getting closer again, i was bringing my grades up, and i got my first boyfriend with a guy that i had a crush on that was in my orchestra group at school. The things he could do with his cello amazes me to this day. He was one of the best i had ever heard and the way he played was beautiful. He was nerdy and weird but he was sweet and cute with me. I was, of course, clueless as for what to do with him because he was my first boyfriend, so i was always shy around him. But when i got the courage to finally do something i would always embarrass myself, and yet he dealt with me. I remember the best present he ever got me was a candle that smelt like him. Sounds weird right? It's really not though. There was a fundraiser at school using yankee candles and the magazines had a few scratch and sniffs. While testing them out, one smelt very familiar. It took me a while to put two together, but when i did i told Dan. We lasted a long time and on our 6 month, he bought me the candle that smelt like him. Definitely the best present you could get from a guy that smells amazing.

8th grade and Dan and i were still going strong. I had gone from the loser who wouldn't talk to anyone to the girl with a boyfriend and could talk to anyone. I still wasn't "popular" but i didn't care. I had friends and an amazing boyfriend that accepted me for who i was.

But you know when something good happens to TessaLynn Sampson, theres always something bad thats gotta follow.
