The Demons...?

"Next is your weapons, known as cursed gear" Guren said as he stepped in the class you sat in with Yu and Shinoa. "Who thinks is ready to get one?" Guren said standing behind the teacher's desk. Everyone said in unison "I AM". Guren smirked and pulled out his sword and kinda hit the ground with it making it stay stuck there. Dark fog startef fillinh the room and everyone started to collapse before you and you looked around seeing Shinoa chilling on the wall giving you a peace sign, Yu looking at the students that are falling, a brown haired boy that had the same expression as Yu, and finally a pink haired boy who was holding his chest. Guren pulled out his sword and sheathed it. "The ones who are conscious you get a B, the ones who are standing you get an A*. Follow me for your cursed gear test" Guren said. "FINALLY!!!" Yu cheered happily "Shinoa" you called for Shinoa "what's wrong
Y/N?" Shinoa asked "what's a cursed gear?" You asked embarrassed "it's the only weapon the can kill vampires..." she said pulling out a key "Shinoa! Don-" the female teacher couldn't even continue her sentence before you saw a scythe in Shinoa's hands. "Wow! But I have sword" you said telling them. "Doesn't work like the cursed gear..." she came closer to your ear "...on Vampires" she whispered sending a chill down your spine 'she is gonna kill me?'
You thought "here we are" Guren cut off your thinking when all of you finished descending the stairs. You saw a room with huge statue faces. "Woah" you entered looking at the weapons. "Your heart will go through a test here. Strong, you get the weapon. Weak, you become a man eating demon and I should kill you." Everyone looked at each other then headed to pick their weapons. Yu headed for a Katana, the brown haired boy headed for a bow, the pink haired boy headed for daggers leaving you behind. You looked at the other weapons and saw a double sided scythe "this one" the different thing about it that instead of green lines it had red lines. "Wait!! That's a higher class demon. It will engulf your heart" Guren didn't continue his sentence as you put your grasp on the scythe. You felt yourself falling and a world around you started to form.

~Shinoa's POV~
I ran to him and looked at him worriedly "he will lose it?" I asked Guren looking at not taking off my gaze off Y/N. "Who knows, but a higher chance that he will" Guren said "why so worried?" Guren asked. "N-Nothing..." I said feeling my cheeks flushing pink.

~Your POV~
"Where am I?" You looked into the darkness. "Well well well, a vampire trying to take a high class cursed gear" said a voice "show yourself..." you said looking around and you suddenly saw your mom, Krul Ters standing in front of you "I love you Y/N" they said "M-Mom?!" You looked at her tears running down your cheeks "Come here sweetie..." your mom opened her arms, you ran to her and hugged her tightly crying in her chest "sweetie, do you love me?" she said stroking your head softly "Yes mom, more than anything" you said "Leave those fools then" she said "they're my friends" you said looking at her "No, they are trying to kill you" she said "O-Ok..." you looked down and as the throne room formed around you, you suddenly snapped "My mom would never say that" you pulled away "my mom always wanted me to have more friends" you said pulling her by her clothed "you're not my mom" everything started to shake around you "Calm down Y/N. It's me" she said "NO YOU'RE NOT" your eyes started to glow as the whole place started collapsing, you screeched causing the whole place to dissappear "Impressive, you even stood out for Krul" a voice said in the darkness "Show me who you are now!" You yelled

~Shinoa's POV~
I looked at everyone seeing them done with their Cursed Gear test... except Y/N "Guren he is taking too much time" I said moving my hand toward Y/N's hand and I held it "he should be fighting back that demon, he chose a hard weapon and he has to deal with the consequences" Guren said and I frowned. "Dont lose to this demon Y/N" I whispered in his ear.

~Your POV~
I saw a girl coming fromthe shadows wearing some sort of a dress "Hey, you did well" she said giving you pat on the back "You deserve weilding my powers" she said sitting in front of you "huh?" You looked at her confused "My name is Nexus, I'm the demon inside your weapon" she said "my weapon?" You looked at her even more confused "it's yours now, whenever you need my powers call my name, Nexus~" she said kissing your cheek and dissappearing. You woke up suddenly and looked around, you saw Shinoa holding your hand and you blushed. The the others were just sitting down in the middle of the room."HE WOKE UP" Shinoa yelled tackle hugging you "Um..." your face turned crimson "oh, SORRY!!" she said pulling away while blushing. The others just laughed while Guren looked at you "I'm impressed, you're the first one to weild Nexus" he said "well, thanks" you said standing up. Let's go, you spent like 7 hours in this test" Shinoa said stretching "7!?! It seemed to me like a few minutes" you asked her surprised "it's ok" she said pulling you up "it can take longer for others, lets go!" She said pulling you after her. "Wha?!" you blushed as she pulled you away while everone was laughing behind.
