"Okay, so the things you need are a blanket, sheets, a bed frame obviously, and we need paint for all the rooms" I started to say to Max. "Then we can get you some other things to personalize your room."
She nodded but I'm not sure that she fully understood.
We walked to the bed/furniture area and Max picked out a trundle bed, then she picked out a white blanket with colored butterfly's on it (I might've had her pick that one but I liked it a lot, but...).
Then she picked out baby pink paint and she also picked out a pink fuzzy rug.
"Alright I think that's enough for today." I said as I steered Max away from the toy section.
"Can't I get a toy?" Max asked as she pouted her lip adorably.
"Tomorrow okay? Tomorrow we can come back after we have your room painted and set up." Austin said.

"Hey McKenna!" Austin yelled from the garage, "is it alright if Alex and Robert come over?"
"Uh, yeah sure." I yelled back.
"Mum, who's Alex and Robert?" Max said not pronouncing Alex right.
"Alex and Robert are your uncles." I answered proudly.
"Oh." She answered as she helped me set up her bed frame.
"Hey babe, need help?" Someone asked from behind me.
I turned around expecting to see Austin, but instead I saw Alex.
"Uh... Alex you probably shouldn't call me 'babe'" I said back awkwardly.
"Why not?" He asked as he put his arms around my waist, trying to pull me close to him.
"Alex! Cut it out." I pushed him away harshly.
"Hey Max, come with me hun." I held my hand out for Max in which she ran to me and I walked her out to the garage where Austin is.
"Hey McKenna." Austin said to me.
"Uh hey um.. Austin." I paused nervously , trying how I figure out how to tell him that his best friend has been flirting with me. "Could you maybe have Alex leave me alone?"
"What's wrong with Alex?" Austin said as he stopped doing whatever he was doing to look at me.
"He's been acting weird around me and its freaking me out a little..." I fiddled my thumbs nervously.
"Show me what he did." Austin said as he motioned to come closer.
"Okay, uh turn around. Your me and I'm Alex." I looked around nervously for Alex.
"Hey babe, need help?" I said in my best man voice.
"Okay, then I said 'Alex you shouldn't be calling me babe. Then he said
"Why not?" I said (again in my man voice) as I put my arms around Austin pulling him close.
"Then I told Alex to cut it out and I pushed him away and came out here." I finally finished.
"Alex did that?" Austin asked angrily as he started walking toward me.
"Yeah.." I answered kind of scared for his reaction.
"God, I'm going to kill him!" Austin ran inside slamming the door shut behind him. "ALEX!" I heard him yell.
I ran inside because *smirks* things just got interesting.
