RAOK stands for Random Act of Kindness, and you've probably seen bloggers and vloggers doing their own. It's meant to be an unplanned and spontaneous thing you do for someone you might not know, to make their day a little better. Most people take time planning their acts, and organising what they will do, but you don't have to.
We'd like to think we do these things for the benefit of others, but in truth, it's for ourselves. Doing something good for someone really does make you feel much better about yourself.
Tip- get your friends and family involved to make a big difference in your community
