"You all packed up little girl?" My dad asked as we were packing the last of our stuff in one of our two U Hauls.
"Yeah. So are we taking turns driving?" I smiled as he hugged me.
"Yes. But where is your mother?" He asks running to the now empty garage.
"Right here hon!" She said opening one of U Haul doors.
"Okay then. Are we ready? Everything's locked up mom?" I asked going to our little red 64' impala.
"Yes Lena! Now be careful as we drive, no passing red lights, stop at every single stop sign and-"
"Keep my seatbelt on at all times. I know mama." I laughed.
"All right. So we'll stop at wherever when someone gets hungry or needs to pee." My dad said.
"Sounds good!"
Oh yeah! I'm Lena Victoria Villa. I'm 17 years old and have a loving mother and father named John and Lily Villa. I've lived in seven different states. And California is now my home state. I've lived in New York, Utah, New Mexico, Kansas, Florida, Massachusetts, and California. As of right now, we're moving from San Diego to Paradise. I'm really pumped to go.
I turned on the radio and I popped my "Blue" by Third Eye Blind cd in. I was singing along to never let you go as I followed behind my mom from the driveway. Here goes a 15 hour drive.
