~Lunch~
"Hey. So what kinda food joints are around here? And how long do we have?" Lena asked."Uhm subways down the street, McDonalds is a couple blocks away, Starbucks is next to subway, and yeah. And we have an hour twenty minutes." I answer.
"Okay. Do you want to go to subway?" She asks.
"I don't feel like walking." I pout.
"I have a car. Don't trip. I don't walk either." She laughs and grabbed her keys from her bag.
"I'm down." I smile to her and we walk out the doors.
"I'll race you!!" She said.
"You're going down." I said and ran to the parking lot I turn around and didn't see her. "Lena?!" I yelled. "Lena where'd you go?" I turn and look for her frantically.
"Gotcha." She laughs and hits my sides gently.
"Well ya little meanie." I laugh. "I don't know what your car is." I said.
"Oh yeah. It's this nice ass red 64' impala." She smiles walking to one of the few cars in the parking lot.
"Oh yeah. I seen you driving today. I was walking with my brother." I said.
"Oh my gosh. I'll give you guys a ride." She said.
"It's okay we can use the exercise." I laugh patting my stomach.
"Bro. You're a stick." She laughs.
"Get in and I'm taking you from now on." She laughed.
"I can't repay you though. So no." I said.
"You can be my friend." She said and put on sunglasses.
"You know fine. Deal." I said giving in.
"Good. Now what way darling?" She said coming to the turning point.
"Left. Can we drop my brother something too?" I ask hoping she'll say yes.
"Of course. Why don't we just pick him up?" She says getting closer to the shop.
"If you want to. He's at the college." I said.
"Okay. On our way to ze college." She said trying to sound like a Russian.
"Lena!" I yell as we were about to get hit but she pressed the gas.
"What?! What?!" She yelled widening her eyes.
"Jesus woman. I thought we were about to die.
"You good?" She laughs. "I've driven across the country basically, I know when I should and shouldn't go."
"Yeah if you count shitting my pants okay then yeah I'm great, dandy." I said trying to get myself together.
"You're okay." She said looking at the road and taking my hand.
"Okay." I smile. She's really holding my hand... Oh my Lanta I sound like a sixth grader. Just be calm.
