I woke up the next morning to see my amazing boyfriend holding our beautiful daughter in his arms, singing lightly to her. I watched him for almost 25 minutes until he noticed me watching him. He smiled at me,"good morning" he said. I smiled back at him," morning" I whispered. I still feel weak from last night.
I moved over in the hospital and patted the space next to me. Jake walked over and sat down beside me. Lilly was still in his arms of course. I don't think that he has put her down at all yet. All I can say is that Lilly is going to be really spoiled by her family especially her Daddy.
After about an hour the nurse walked in and told us that we had visitors. After the nurse left in came my mom, and my brother Zach. Mom walked over to the bed where Jake was still holding Lilly, and awed for what felt like 20 minutes. "Can I hold her?" My mom asked Jake. Jake just nodded and gave Lilly to my mom.
Mom started walking around the room cooing to Lilly about how cute she is, like I said she's going to be spoiled. Lilly really is the cutest baby I've ever seen though, she has brunette hair with the bluest eyes I've ever seen. Jake says she looks like a miniature me. I think she looks like her daddy, with his nose and lips. I watched my mom with Lilly knowing that I'll never be a mother like my mom is to me and Zach.
I yawned and leaned on Jake's chest listening to his heartbeat and singing. He wrapped his arms around my stomach and pulled me in between his legs while leaning his head on my shoulder kissing my neck softly. "I love you so much babe" I whispered. "I love you too baby " he said into my neck. I hummed a little because he has started to nip on my neck.
After a few minutes of him doing that he started to suck on my neck, which he knows drives me crazy. "Stop" I whispered. "No" he whispered back continuing on with what he was doing. "Please" I whispered. "Why, I like having this effect on you" he whispered in my ear. "Jake please babe" I whined. "Fine" he sighed but stopped.
I sighed in relief because if he would have kept doing that he would've drove me crazy. He leant down and kissed the top of my head. My mom walked over and handed Lilly to Zach. Zach smiled and took Lilly into his arms happily. Zach leant down and kissed Lilly on the top of her head. She opened her eyes and looked at him for a few minutes before closing her eyes again.
Zach giggled at her, which made me happy because I could tell that he's going to be an amazing uncle to her. Zach looked over at Jake and I smiling. He already loves her and he's only held her for like 5 minutes now. He's wrapped around her little finger too. She's good at that.
"Zach I have to leave are you coming with me or staying here?" Mom asked Zach. Zach looked at mom shaking his head "I'm going to stay here because Meg is wanting to see the new little happy family " he says. "Alright then" mom says. She kisses Lilly's head again before walking over to me. "You're going to be a great mother to Lilly" she says while hugging me. She hugs Jake next whispering something into his ear before letting go of him, walking out the door.
