Vilu's POV
"Hello?"
I could hear Luciana's voice coming from the other side of the phone.
"Hey, it's me. Violetta." I answered, nervous. I hadn't spoken to her in ages.
"Violetta...Violetta...Oh! Vilu!" She said, trying to figure out who I was. Had they forgotten me that quickly?
"Hey, it's been forever!" She said.
I heard another voice coming from the her side. "Luci, who is it?" The voice asked. It sounded like Isabella. "Violetta" Luciana whispered to her. I could hear something that sounded a bit like "oh...right. Our dear friend." Isabella's voice dripping with sarcasm.
I pretended that her comment didn't sting me as much as it did.
"So, did you call for a reason?" Luci asked me.
I told her about Leon and him acting really weird...and about Gery.
She didn't say anything.
"Hello? You there?" I asked, several times. It took a while for her to finally answer.
"Vilu, this really isn't easy to say..."
I was suddenly more worried than I was before. What had happened after I left Madrid? I heard Luci sigh before telling me the whole story.
Third Person POV
(Flashback)
Leon walked along the street. The sun shone above him, like yellow yolk on a porcelain plate. It was a beautiful day and it was usually on these days when he would go on a picnic with Violetta. Contrasting the atmosphere around him, the miserable teenager was not happy at all. He needed to clear his head. He just felt like screaming at everyone. He started to walk slower, kicking the odd pebble here and there.
Sighing, he reached into his pocket and pulled out a crumpled piece of paper. Slowly, he started to smooth out the creases until it seemed to be brand new and put it back in his pocket. He couldn't bear to read it again. Not here. Not now. It had taken him a while to let the information sink in and he just couldn't believe that Violetta did that. She just left. He tried to call her but it went straight to voicemail and her friends weren't picking up either. Turning around, he decided to go back home. As he walked back he passed a house and couldn't help but stop and stare at it for a while. A "For Sale" sign had just been put up and there were many people there, refurbishing it. Memories flashed through his mind. As he looked up at Violetta's window, he could just about make out the figure of a person peeling away the purple wallpaper. He kept walking without looking back. Immersed in his sorrow, he slowly crossed the road. His thoughts were taking over his brain and he didn't see the big blue Mercedes speeding towards him.
(End of flashback)
I stood there, shocked as Luciana told me the whole story. "He got Amnesia but he eventually remembered everything with out help. Everything but you. I'm sorry but we couldn't hurt him." She continued
"But...you could have told him that he had a girlfriend, just leave out the part about how close we were" I started but stopped after realizing how horrible and selfish I sounded.
"Well what were we supposed to say? Oh you also had a girlfriend but not anymore because she left without telling you?" Luci said, evidently frustrated. "I need to go, bye Violetta"
She hung up an I put my phone back. This happened to Leon because of me. He nearly died because of that. It wasn't Leon's fault for moving on so quickly....it was mine.

I haven't updated in ages! Sorry!!! I just realized how exaggerated this chapter is (it kinda sounds like Vilu's dead...) Anyway, I hope you liked it.

(I actually thought that I published this chapter but as I was re reading my fanfic I realized that I haven't")
