You're So Creepy ~A Ghost Town Story~

~I Don't Deserve This ~

Last night was amazing, I only dreamed of something so amazing. I stare at the ceiling from the couch. Sky comes downstairs. "How'd it go?" I ask as she sits on my feet. "Fine.... You?" Sky asks. "It went fine. I guess." I say. Sky groans quietly as she reaches for the remote that lays on the floor. "Ugh, can you get that?" She asks. "But you're closer to it." she groans at my response and she rolls off the couch. "Did you get banged last night or something?" I ask. "No!!! Not yet...." I shake my head and someone knocks. I stand up and I open it. Standing there dressed in black, with blond and Blue hair is my nightmare, my first ever mistake in life.
Devin.

His eyes are bright hazel and they seem to almost shine. He keeps his hands in his pockets and he barely looks up at me, "Hello there." He says, a small smirk on his lips, he's much taller than me and his hair falls over his eyes. "Devin.... You." I say, through gritted teeth. "Now, now, I didn't stalk you here for no reason." He says. "This isn't even my house, so get out." I say. "I'm not in yet." He says, shoving me out of the way. I groan as I hit the wall, I hear Sky walk in, "Iris- who the hell are you?!" Sky asks, narrowing her eyes at Devin. "I'm not important, why don't you just-" "no one hurts my friends and gets away with it." Sky takes a knife out of her pocket- in which she slept in her hoodie and pants- and she charges at Devin, my vision doubles and as my vision begins clearing again I see Devin grab Sky's wrist and he twists it, a snap echos through the room. Sky drops to the ground. Devin walks over to me and-with Sky's knife in his hand- he bends down in front of me, "I-I hate you." I say weakly. "That's not how I remember it at all, you were in love with me according to everyone, the notes you left, the drawings, the favors you even did me. So you were pretending?" He asks. I refuse to answer and he places the knife to my neck, "what was that?" He hums in my ear, his voice low and tempting. "N-no." I manage to stutter. "That's what I thought. Now be a good girl while I kill you, ridding me of my negative conscious." He says. I squeeze my eyes close, expecting to feel my flesh tearing, to hear my bones crunch, but all I hear is the sound of clashing metal.

"Ah, a friend? " Devin hums, his voice soft. Sky stands between us, her knife being what clashed with Devin's. "Don't touch my friends." Sky pushes the blade forward causing sparks and Devin stumbles back. "What part of you'll never escape don't you understand?!" Devin yells flipping the table into a wall and the couch into the living room. "It's anger inducing when you don't listen, she can't save you." Devin says. "Watch me!" Sky says head butting him.Devin stumbles, "Leave before I kill you." Sky says. Devin walks out, holding his bloodied nose. "Who was that?" Sky asks, helping me into the kitchen. "Devin." I explain to Sky who Devin is but it brings on a flashback.

~Flashback Time~
I Shook nervously as I walked into the cafeteria. I looked down at my food and suddenly I'm slammed into, my food going all over me. I look up to meet a pair of Hazel eyes. "Watch it nerd, you almost messed up my new shirt." Devin says. I look down at my nacho stained shirt. "But you messed up mine...." I say quietly. "Does it look like I care, loser." He shoves me into the ground, smashing the last of my food on top of my head. A note covered in nachos slides out of my pocket. It was addressed to Devin..... With my hand writing. He kneels down and picks it up, everyone in the cafeteria was staring by now, the eyes on me were too much, fear bubbled inside as he opened the letter. Everyone in the cafeteria would know regardless, my only escape from the embarrassment was to leave. So I got up and ran out as quickly as possible, laughter echoed. I ran to the gym and crawled under the bleachers, where I cried.

~Flashback Over~
"Iris?" Sky says, waving a hand in front of me. "Sorry." I say. "Man.... He's mean." Sky says, rubbing her wrist. I nod, "he is..." I say. "Let's go get some pizza, I'm starving." Sky says. We go out to her car and we get in, she drives off and I sigh. I find it unbelievable that all of this has happened in the past few days.... I watch as the trees and buildings pass by. Sky pulls into the parking lot of Pizza Hut and we get out. "Pizza, pizza, Man they sure are busy today." Sky says looking at all the cars and the unbelievable amount of people inside. We go inside and Sky tells me to wait as she goes to tell them what kind of pizza we want. Everyone seemed to be crowded by one booth. I wondered over in curiosity, but I still couldn't see.... Too many people. I stand on my tiptoes but its still impossible so I wiggle my way past some people until I hear a familiar voice. "Hey, one at a time please..... We'll try to get everyone." I couldn't mistake that voice anywhere.
Kevin.

I manage to wiggle to the front to see the guys all trying to autograph stuff for the ghosties. Kevin looks up for a second and looks back down only to look back up again when he sees me. "Oh, Iris!" He says, suddenly the fangirls all look at me with what feel like death glares. "Hi." I say, waving slightly. Alix scoots over and Kevin does too leaving a small spot by him, he pats the seat next to him and I sit down, now the death glares become so many I can only laugh awkwardly. "Maybe, thats enough autographing..... We're sorry to those who didn't get an autograph, bye now." Manny says, standing up, trying to escort the many, many, many ghosts out of the door. Sky sees me and shakes her head. "We can't go anywhere without that happening." Alix says. Manny comes back and sits down, Sky walks over and sits down on the side opposite of me, squishing Manny and Evan until they move. "So, you guys are Ghost Town? The band my best friend is obsessed with?" Sky asks, I facepalm as a blush rises to my cheeks. "Yeah.... We're Ghost Town, I'm Kevin, the weirdo beside me is Alix-" "Spelled with an 'I' " "the one you're sitting by is Manny and the one beside him is Evan." Kevin explains. Sky nods and she looks from Alix to me to Kevin to me and to Alix again. "I see." She says. I look at her, trying to tell her not to say anything. "What kind of pizza did you get?" I ask. "Cheese and Pepperoni." Sky replies, still looking at Kevin, Alix and I. "oh, the best kind of pizza." Alix says.

After we finish eating Sky and I say goodbye and we leave. "Heh, it is soooooooooo obvious you like them." I look at Sky with a deadpan look. "I hate you." She busts out laughing.
This is going to be a long day.
