I don't know why Isaac came into my room. Maybe he was just feeling alone. The world may never know.

It's been 3 weeks since that night. No one was murdered, which makes us suspicious of what's going on. Maybe the kanima is waiting, trying to get us to back out and give up. I don't know who it is, but I know it's not Isaac, the others aren't quite convinced. Scott told me that the kanima shares a bond with its master, so it could be anyone. Scott, Stiles, Lydia, Allison, though I doubt it's any one of them too. Speaking of Lydia and Allison, I'm pretty sure they're pissed at me. I talk to them, but whenever they ask me to hang out, I tell them I'm busy with homework but I'm actually either on a date or making out with Isaac, and they eventually find out. I'm such a terrible friend. Today I decide to go over the top in trying to get them to forgive me. I decide to sit with them in lunch, and I set down in front of them a giant arrangement of flowers. Lydia just rolls her eyes at me.

"I'm really, really sorry guys. You were my first friends and the nicest to me and I totally neglect you. It's just that-"

"Ty, it's okay. We know you're a wolf." Allison interrupts.

"You do?" I ask

"Yeah. Not only did Scott tell us, we can tell because of your changes." She replies. I give a sigh of relief.

"Let's go shopping today. It's Friday." Lydia suggests.

"Okay!" I cheer. I'm just glad that they're not pissed at me.

"No boyfriend while we're there." She orders.

"We'll technically Isaac isn't my boyfriend-"

"You've been going out for almost a month. He's your boyfriend."

"Well-"

"No boyfriend."

"No boyfriend?" I ask.

"No boyfriend." She repeats for the last time.

"I'll take that as a challenge! I can do that!"

"That means no texting or calling."

"I can do that!" Lydia just rolls her eyes again. After lunch, I go to my locker to retrieve my math book. I see Isaac approach me. He fiddles with his hands and stares at the ground.

"Ty, I-I have to ask you something." He stutters. He's usually not nervous around me. This must be important.

"Yes?" I say.

"This is going to sound really cheesy, but we've been out on a lot of dates, and I was wondering... W-will you be my girlfriend? You know... Go steady with me?" I chuckle a little bit because I haven't heard 'go steady' since I was 10. I wrap my arms around his neck, softly kiss him, and grin wide.

"Of course." He bury's his face in my neck and I feel him smile.

"I told you he was your boyfriend!" I hear Lydia exclaim. I just laugh and then give Isaac another long kiss. Stiles interrupts us by grabbing my arm and dragging me with him to math.

"Do you realize that you're making out with a fricken' killing machine?" He asks.

"Stop acting like he's a robot! He has a heart and he has feelings!" I protest. "And he isn't the Kanima. I promise you."

"Yeah, and I promised Scott that I would buy him a Twix in the vending machine, but that's never going to happen." He spats. I make Stiles stop walking, but he doesn't let go of my arm.
