Elise's POV
My mouth agape, I took in his words. Every single syllable.
"You mean so much to me, I will NEVER let you go now that I've found you." He said almost in anger.
"No, you're lying," I got out of his hold and paced around the room," nobody will love me. You're supposed to hate me, be repulsed even by my presence. I'm supposed to be alone, forever.
He let out a frustrated breath as he threw his fist into my wall, in result, making me scream.
He sat on my bed and put his head in his hands. "Elise, come here please." He almost begged.
Involuntarily, my legs moved towards him. As I stood in front of him thoughts swam through my head at a horrific speed.
He loves you.
You know you believe it,
don't let your demons drown you.
Hold him, he needs you,
he feels as if you're rejecting him.
Accept him, take him,
he needs you just as much as you need him.
That's all it took.
I got on my knees in front of him and grabbed his hands.
"Hayden, look at me."
His head slowly traveled my face until his beautiful eyes were looking into mine. " I believe you."
He stared into my eyes for any display of uncertainty then nodded his head and patted the spot next to him.
I slowly got up. "I really should get dressed you know." He rolls his eyes and lays back on to my bed.
" excuse me sir that means get out." He smirked and waltzed out of my room as he left the door open.
"Ugh you little c-" I started to mutter as I walked towards the door to shut it.
His head popped in startling me.
"excuse me?"
"I said you're a cutie."
"Ya right whatever." He said and walked away.
It's been a long day.
