His half siblings are Lucas, and twins Daniela and Brady Scott. Nathan is dating his classmate/cheerleader Peyton Sawyer, daughter of graduated parents of Tree Hill Schools, Lawrence Eric "Larry" Sawyer and Anna Rebecca Brooks Sawyer.
