Me and my dad seemed to talked for what seemed like forever
But I can't lie seeing him and talking to him was really good. I couldn't denie that. I soon got a text

My little panda - hi baby girl can you meet me by the park by your old house 💕
Me - of course love on my way 😘

I heard it buzz but I didn't look at it

"who was that" my father asked
"Oh nobody dad just Derek" I said "oh do you have to go" he said kinda Disappointed "yeah hey actually do you want to come" I asked " I can't go like this autu-" I cut him off "it's fine dad it's just down the street " "okay" he says

The drive on the way to the park wasn't that bad actually we just talked about how life has been treated us both and it turns out my dad hasn't been doing to good and to be honest I felt kinda bad yeah I went threw hell with him but he was my father we pulled up to the park and I saw Derek my father kinda stayed behind as I ran up to Derek and gave him a kiss I broke the kiss "um love I brought a guest "he looked over and saw my father he kinda squeezed my arm and I grabbed his hand to let him know he was hurting me I told my dad to come on and well  Derek seemed to set a picnic up for us. I wasn't really hungry so I just gave my food to my father and gosh did he eat like a pig that hasn't ate in years we talked for about an hour or so " well its getting late should we go babe " Derek yawned "yeah sounds good babe" I said tiredly "I'll just go then" my dad got up. Something came over me and I don't know what did "wait dad do you want to Come over and stay with us " I asked "no mija I can't I would be interrupting yalls personal space " he said shaking his hands "no dad please you can take a shower and eat as much as you want in that house you sleep on the floor you eat nothing and your hygiene is kinda low dad and you need some new clothes, don't you agree derek" I said in a loving manner " she is right you can stay if you like I dont mind" derek said

~skipping the drive home~

Me and Derek were in the living room watching breaking bad and we heard the bathroom door open "hey dad how was the shower " I asked "it was really nice" he laughed " I can tell you took a while" derek laughed " sorry" he mumbled "oh no don't be you needed it you take as long as you need" derek said

I walked my dad to the guest bedroom "wow this is pretty big" my dad said shocked " yeah and it's all to you" I said smiling " thank you " he said hugging me " no problem dad " I said kissing his forehead " now get some sleep " I said closing the door

"What your doing is really good babe " Derek said scaring the hell outta me "anything for my father to get healthy agian and get him back on his feet " come on babe let's get some sleep" he said and with that said the house filled with silence as we all drifted to sleep
