Kaitlyns POV
It's been about three months since the whole Nash thing happened. Apparently it ment nothing because now he's hooking up with Sarah Micheals. But whatever. Oh and he told the whole school about our hook up so now the only person who doesn't hate me or think I'm a slut is Cam. He has been by my side this whole time. And yeah we've made out a few times and he gives me butterflies but nobody compares to the zoo Shawn made me feel. I miss him so much. Sometimes I catch him looking at me and he catches me looking at him. But I know he doesn't miss me. I've seen him around town smoking weed and kissing all over random girls. I'm currently sitting in my bathroom with the one thing that never leaves me. My blade. Everyone has left me. Even Cam is starting to act like I'm annoying.

Two for sleeping with Nash
Four for kissing and pushing away Cam.
14 cuts with blood oozing out. I feel dizzy and lightened. I take my blade and put another cut so deep that blood ran quickly and fast out of it. I fall on the floor with everything fading out around me and the last thing I saw was Shawn and with my last breath I said I love you. That's when everything went black.
Shawns POV
It's been so long without Kaitlyn that I don't remember how long it's been. She always looks so unhappy. I try to get a few glimpses of her everyday and sometimes I even catch her looking at me. I've been doing any and everything to get her off my mind. But with every girl I kiss I wish it was her and with every blunt I smoke I only want her more. If only her parents hadn't make us break up. She acts different now thought. Her and Cameron are drifting away from each other. She only wears long sleeves or bunches of bracelets no matter what. She doesn't smile the same anymore, it always looks forced and like she's about to cry. It breaks my heart to see her slowly slipping into this deep dark hole. She used to be the most popular girl in school but now she barely talks to anyone. She doesn't laugh at anything anymore and only smiles when she's forced to. So today I finally gathered up all my courage
and was going to go check on her. I got to her house and only saw her car like usual. I used the spare key she hides under the welcome mat and opened the door. I yelled her name but only heard sobbing. I followed the sound of sobbing and heard her counting.
"5 for Shawn
3 for being a whore
2 for sleeping with Nash
4 for kissing and pushing away Cam"
And then I heard a collapse. I kicked the door open and found her lying in a pool of blood with a blade in her hand. I ran to her and looked her in the eyes. And then I heard her sweet voice say something I've never heard her say "Shawn I love you" with her last breath. Then her eyes slowly closed and her last breath left her mouth. "KAITLYN BABY WAKE UP! BABY PLEASE WAKE UP! KAITLYN COME ON DON'T DIE ON ME WAKE UP! BABYGIRL PLEASE PLEASE WAKE UP I NEED YOU!!"
I kept trying to get her to wake up but nothing worked. I grabbed my phone and called 911. With the ambulance on the way I started trying to stop the bleeding. She still had a pulse but it was very weak. I wrapped her arm in towels and made it super tight to help the bleeding stop. After what felt like eternity the ambulance finally arrived and took her to the hospital. I followed closely behind them and did something I haven't done in a while. Pray.
" Dear God, I know it's been a long time since I've talked to you but God I need you. Kaitlyn needs you. God please don't take her away from me. She's my everything and I can't live without her. She makes me smile no matter what. God if you want to take anyone take me. I would give my life up for her Lord. Please, please God protect her"
